We live 20 minutes away and left right after we ordered. Food was done by the time we arrived and it was really good. We had two delicious deep dish pizzas and the ranch dressing was great!
Chicago Connection has good pizza. I ordered the Maui Chicken and it was delicious. It was a house specialty pizza. You should try a house specialty pizza.
Sad to write this, I have ordered from Chicago Connection for years and this experience has been pretty awful. ( I would have rated it a 1 star but I couldn't bring myself to do it. ?) Waited 2 hours tonight to get an extremely over cooked pizza that had no sauce on it really. It had to be thrown in the trash when my daughter and her friend brought it to my attention before I could even take a bite. $40 down the drain..
So the double pepperoni with cheese pizza?!! Holy cow what a meal! Kike who comes up with these ideas. Pizza was amazing and the service and drivers were awesome. Worth every penny didn't waste a slice! Thanks guys for helping us out and feeding my family this evening!Side note: you guys should open more towards 12. I think lunchtime business sales are worth for people eating or needing a place to pick some great food!Thanks again!
Paid 40.00 for cheesey bread that was rock hard and a pizza that wasn't even cooked crust was complete dough, which would explain why it was cold. On a good note the delivery driver was very polite and kind but the food was a huge disappointment
Nampa 12th ave. Has definately went down hill. Have ordered there for years and the has alway been great. But lately, the customer service is low. Phone lines are always busy. When you finally get through you are rushed through your order. They dont confirm the order back to you for accuracy. Prices have definately increased. (Yes i know prices for everything has increased) you are told a time for delivery minutes or even pick up 30 minutes but means nothing. Ordered online pickup time said 30 minutes. 6:51 pick up. Arrived at 655 and waited in lobby over 5 minutes before someone even came out to see if i what i needed. There were 5 other people waiting for pick ups as well. And 2 had been there before i even arrived, they were waiting to be seated one of people from the back gave menus to someone waiting to pick up their order and said tell them to sit whereever. Never asked my name just said order has 5 more minutes in oven. Finally got my order at 7:25. rushed me out the door without me checking my order. Yes it was correct when i arrived home. Pizza was a little over done. But edible.. spagetti was crispier on then edges then expected but good. But definately not worth the extra 30 minute wait. Glade i didnt have it delivered would have been probably 2 hours. I did give 3 stars.
We ordered our usual, Chicago Combo and a Cheese pizza and they were both severely overcooked to the point of not being edible. First bad experience we’ve had here. Tried to call but it was busy every time. ??
We came in on 10/22/2021at 7:25pm ordered meat lovers pan and a GF chicken/garlic to go got home pizzas were not cut plus not done!!! I finished both of them off in my oven!! Never going back!!!
Worst experience with Chicago Connection on 12th. Over an hour and a half to deliver 2 pizzas that were promised to be delivered in 45 minutes. Pizzas were cold. Won't be ordering from this location ever again.
Service was very slow but the food was delicious
