Food was bomb. Pretty spendy $$ but worth it. Service was great, multiple servers help out at all the tables so I never felt like I needed to wait for anything, as someone was always there to refill drinks, refill chips, and ask how things were.. the only thing that was a little ridiculous was that the sodas only come with one free refill, after that they charge you another $3+ for another soda. Other than that, everything was great! I got the chicken tortilla soup and it was a huge bowl and it was AMAZING.
Food was great and the service was even better. What a treat having such great service in this day and age!
I couldn't believe it we went on a Saturday evening they where so crowded we we had to wait.. More than anything I was impressed with the service their service staff really knows how to hustle and the food was good. Great customer service plus they said they were understaffed I was surprised.
Such a great place! Awesome food and wonderful service and of course the atmosphere is perfect.
First off we got seated at a booth unfortunately my man and I aren't toothpicks and we also had our 11month old in her carseat. So it made it extremely tight.Then we ordered our food and when it was bright out to us come to find out both our orders weren't correct.??when the head waitress came out and was asking what was wrong with our oder. I explained it to her that I wanted green sauce and the toppings. But they took my meal back when it was brought back out they left out the toppings and side salad...I just thought whatever. Bad part of it all is both my husband and I suffered all night long with tummy aches and the urge of throwing up... We decided that we'll never eat here again.Oh the picture shows just how clean the silverware is, my fork has hardcore melted cheese on it. I tried to scrub it off but it was so hard and stuck on it that even trying to scratch it off only left a light mark on the cheese.Bottom line is if you want to eat here please let me know how your experience is. Because every time I've ate here in the past I would get served up plastic in my enchiladas. Good factor is this visit I didn't get plastic in my food...lol...??
My only complaint is the portions were quite small. I never finish though did here and was disappointed it was such a small amount of food.However, we did absolutely enjoy the food and service so much, so it deserved my 5 star review.
This is my family's go-to option for eating out because the food has always been so amazing! Nice waiters, reasonable prices. Both the Burrito Verde and Chicken Flautas are my favorite, it's always been a great option for dining out with the family.
If I could give zero stars and review I would. I have food allergies. I gave them my card and asked about several choices. They came out and we were able to modify one of them to make it work. I got my food, ate part way through, cut the next bite to find a tomato chunk inside. I immediately stopped eating and showed the waiter. He took the plate, the manager brought it back minus the tomato chunk and tried to tell me I didn't see a tomato. Thankfully the tomato didn't touch the part I ate and I didn't have to use my epipen. I am not impressed at the attitude. I am very disappointed in the lack of care the staff showed.
The food was excellent! And our service was awesome. Even though the were slammed. They still tried to get things done in a timely fashion as well making sure we were taken care of. I'd give 10 stars if I could :)
I have never had an issue with this particular Chapala’s. However, tonight was terrible. Our food was cold, portions were half of their usual size and the waitress was terrible. She was inconvenienced when she had to take our cold food back. She didn’t check on us once after that. Absolutely terrible tonight. I won’t be in a hurry to visit this restaurant again. Plus our son’s hamburger bun was basically plastic. It had been heated to the point it was hard. Very disappointed for 80 bucks.
