They are an good place and it is not vary busy wen u think they are and vary good and friendly plus they have an playground in some parts depending on ware u are at
Food was hot and fresh.....staff were okay....if staff would have been more upbeat would have been a 5 star
Had a burger with fries was very good and the drive window was smooth great time
Apathetic staff. Overcooked, overpriced food. With as many great burger places in the general vicinity, Carl's Jr. needs to greatly step up it's game if it wants to compete for business.
Went for a quick bite for me & my kiddos. I would say the lady whom was helping me had a smile on her face & positive vibes the whole time. ? Thanks for your wonderful hospitality .Update, went again today & was not pleased with service got an eye roll for dropping a penny & replaced it with another but another employee stepped in with a smile could see I was not too happy & gave me my food & remaining beverage.
This store makes the best burgers of any Carl's jr. Food is always hot, delicious and great presentation, I mean the burgers are not thrown together in a big flattened mess.great service to
Best place to get a Beyond Burger made right, but just a touch more expensive than most other chain burger places nearby. Still faster and cheaper than a sit-down restaurant.
this Carl's in Nampa by Winco. we use to go to the one on 10th Ave. Caldwell. I would have never guessed there would be a difference. but there is. Debra the manager is top notch. she remembers me from years back. I can recommend this Carl's Jr.
I had an issues with my order, I went back about a half hour later. Before I could even finish my sentence. Lorena came over the mic and had us come to the window. She had. A smile and asked how she could help. I explained, in a flash she had a fixed order in my hands and of course a smile to go with the fries. Shes a real boss I was impressed.Shout out to Lorena from the Nampa Carl's Jr .. your social/customer skills are getting rarer and rarer it seems. Thankyou !!
Went in right before lunch, or right as lunch rush began. After ordering my food, I waited for approximately 5 minutes for my meal. I consider that to be good timing. Way to go Wendy's.
