My wife couldn't wait to take me to a Cafe Zupas as she loves their red pepper lobster bisque, raw honey lemonade and the million dollar bar cookie... Well you would never believe it but they were literally out of All three! I took pics to prove it :) see below.To make matters worse we literally waited 25 minutes to get our food. There wasn't a line and I asked if they just finished a rush or something and they said No ?.I think they need lessons from Subway or something.We ordered their chili enchiladas soup, chipotle chicken salad and steak cheese sandwich. The food was good but with everything else not good enough for a 3-star review so going with a 2.
Food is good and made to order. The soups are also delicious and the have a great selection of juices and lemonades. The only negative is that it feels expensive lunch for two with a half sandwich and a cup of soup was around $25. The food is good, but the prices are closer to a sit-down lunch than something you get on a tray.
1st time I loved it! Last time not so much! They were training a new cashier and some others! Food didn't seem as fresh! Clam chowder was really sad! To thin few clams and potatoes ?! Love their Brownies! Time was of the essence, (around noon hour). Like they were not quite ready to open!

The bread and strawberries were good. The clam chowder was very poor. Incredibly thin and runny. Lack of flavor to go with it and portion size for a large was laughable. Very disappointed. Didn't even take a photo because we were so bummed at our dinner.
It's pretty darn good. The prices are decent for the portion sizes and quality. Good healthy and convenient option. I was a little disappointed with the lack of lobster in my lobster bisque but the flavor was incredible! Salad was pretty good. Nice drink options, too.
Ordered here not too long ago and received a half cut of a quarter sized strawberry. Not sure if it was a joke or someone dead serious about it regardless kinda of upsetting because these “complimentary” strawberries are you usually the best part in someone’s meal.Great food as always had the lobster bisk and the crab sandwich. As always really well made and tasty.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Used to love this place, food is good but that is even suffering… Not sure if it is new management, but something needs to change. Disappointed with the direction of this location…
Both my wife and I were very pleased with the food that we got here. It was fast and good food. They have vegetarian options too. It isn't as cheap as say, Subway, but it certainly is better.
The staff was so great, friendly I fell in love with this place, the food and the menu. I wish there was a place like this in Lubbock, Texas.
