Everything is always super fresh and delicious. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Rich is a fantastic bartender and a very nice gentleman. Our waitress, Kailey, was very kind and checked in quick a bit to make sure we were very happy with our experience and went above and beyond to make our one year old have a good time too. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I was there on Friday and I just have to say, the girl that helped me Kailey was beyond amazing. I could tell she was having a rough day and had no help but she was killing it, did absolutely fantastic. Even though it was taking awhile to get orders out she was just killing it out there. I had a great experience even though she was upset she still made my experience wonderful.
Tried them out for the first time tonight and we were WOWed!! Our waitress (I believe her name was Kailey) was so kind and helpful in recommending menu items to us and we loved the food we ordered. We tried the pretzels and queso for our appetizer, very warm and delicious and had the ultimate sriracha and breakfast burger and both came out hot and exactly how we ordered. I will definitely recommend this restaurant not only for the food but also the great service! Thank you for a great experience!
Recently moved to the area and was looking to watch the NFL draft but didn't like the environment in the bars at the two places next door. We heard about Burger Theory in the Holiday Inn and decided to give it a try! JACKPOT!!! They were accommodating to us in putting us where we could watch the draft and turned up the volume for us. Then Jenni came along and treated us like royalty! Very attentive, and even took time to visit with us (not found in a lot of food service places). She was awesome and even took care of a mistake on the order...which just got her a bigger gratuity. The manager also came out and talked football with us for a while. OH, and the burgers, fries and drinks were awesome! Thanks for making this a fun night! We now have great friends in the area also!
We tried this place today for the first time. Very very disappointed. We ordered the Lonestar burger. Your name of your restuarant is perfect, because "in theory" is the only way to describe the burger or lack of. The burger was so small we could not find it until after we deconstructed the burger. The bun was the size of a whopper but the patty was smaller than a hockey puck. For the $14.00 price for a burger this was definitely NOT worth it. Waitress seemed like she did not care either. Not interested in going back at this time
Service beyond slow! We waited over an hour for our food, after the waiter kept telling us it's on the way. We finally walked out without eating. It's a shame that this has happened to this restaurant as food is very good and we used to eat here all the time. The last three times were beyond acceptable for the wait. We are done eating there!
The food delivered.. We had breakfast and it was fire... The coffee was old tho..very bitter.. The service made up for it.. If I could do 4 and a half stars I would have.. one plate is a sliders already ate the ham one.. the other plate is a deconstructed wrap
This place is amazing. There food is hot and fresh. The staff is amazing and always checking on you. Rich is an amazing bartender, you have to get a drink from him. I will be back for sure.
Been here numerous times, and always get great service and stellar food. Try the siracha burger... It won't disappoint. For added bonus, have em top it with an egg and fried jalapenos.
