Food kept coming out wrong and was cold. We were asked 8 times if other food was ours which wasn't... They must have a confusing food ordering / table assignment system. We watched them go from table to table asking whose food each order was...it was so weird and disruptive.By the time we finally got our food it was cold and wrong.The waitress was friendly and apologetic and know it has to be their system as every server was struggling with the same thing.
Clean and outstanding service and for the food go get some so good pulled pork chops and the brisket tacos wow big up to the waiter pro .well return to buffalo wild wings ?
Walked in and was told that dinning g area was full or not seating g because one server, but we could sit anywhere in the bar area. Went to bar area. Server came and told us the section was closed , even though there was 4 other tables with people in them.. we goymt up and left. Told manager on way out who stated she only had 4 servers. I said okay, why couldn't we sit and wait to be served..she could care less. Literally 9 tables only full in entire restaurant. Sad, used to love going. Ever think of why you can't keep staff? If managers treat staff like she treated us as customers I can understand.
Had the same problem as others today. My kids got their food first which is fine, then my husband got his 10 minutes later.... I got mine like 20 min after the kids. We didn't even eat together. I also had the dorito bone in wings and they were horrible. The wings were all dried up and the skin was not crunchy, it just tasted old. The waitress was great and took a small discount off our ticket. So disappointed in their new style of serving out the food and those wings SUCKED. The boneless were better ?
Ordered my Hamburger and onion rings the waitress came with my meal and nothing for my wife it took another 30 minutes before my wife received her chicken sandwich. When she did receive her meal the fries were cold. Told the staff but they didn’t care. Last time I will ever go back also the beers we ordered were warm like they were setting at the bar all night
We were seated and there was a broken glass my mother picked up so my 3 yr daughter did not trip or come by it and she cut her finger on it. The manager absolutely dismissed it, did not apologize or offer any kind of care or concern wrote up a incident report and we never saw her again. Table was dirty even though they had "cleaned" it and there is a very huge lack of customer service when it comes to staff we encounter aside from Brittany. Brittany was wonderful and went above and beyond and she wasn't even our waitress.
My wife ordered 3 chicken tenders, I ordered an all American Cheese Burger. My burger arrived 20 minutes after ordering, my wife's tenders took another 25 minutes. I watched a table of 3 that arrived and ordered before we did. One of their burgers arrived after mine did. 2 of the others did not arrive until after the first customer finished eating his. The wait staff cannot deliver faster than the kitchen prepares an order. The only reason I gave a 3 was because the food was very tasty. It is obvious to me that the kitchen is poorly organized and can only cook one order at a time. This was our second visit in one month. High marks to the waitresses but...?
I never leave reviews for restaurants, but this experience was so bad I have to warn others. Service was terrible, it was slow, food showed up in about 10-15 minute intervals for each persons dinner. The food was cold, felt like it had been cooked about 30 minutes prior to getting to the table. And to top it all off the place was absolutely filthy. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money!
We went around 5:30pm and it was bot busy. Food came out in waves. Kids meal came out first everyone else's came put cold and disgusting. There's snot or some dried liquid on the shades. When we got up we had to dust the kids bottom of his pants off because of crumbs on the booth seat. Very highly do not recommend.
Overall a pretty mediocre experience. The wait time was about 35 minutes, which I didn't mind too much. The worst part was the wait time inside. There were only about 6 tables that actually had people at them. We ordered our food and it took about 50 minutes to arrive. When we finally got out food, my chicken had a lot of dark spots in the meat. Luckily the food was warm, but that's because they bring you the food as soon as it is ready. This is nice sometimes, but is not ideal when you are trying to eat with your family and friends. It's really awkward getting your food 10 minutes earlier than the other people that you are eating with. Overall not the best experience and probably won't be going back.
