Boise Fry was highly recommended to me, unfortunately it was terrible. The cashier couldn't answer ANY questions and the food was pretty much inedible. We ordered beef burgers and it was the TOUGHEST "beef" I've ever had! our fries were soggy. Just an absolute waste of $60!
First time here. Was very disappointed I was excited to eat here. But after the service and the attitude I got for asking questions. I will not be back to the Nampa store. We were not asked if we wanted anything on our burgers we had to ask the cook to add them and ask for our drink cups all but two tables on the Maine floor dirty.
My family stopped into the Nampa location yesterday. We don't normally eat there, but gave it a shot. Upon first impression the music was loud and obnoxious, staff was borderline rude. The prices are high, and from past experiences the food is only ok and fries are incredibly greasy. While waiting for our order, I had time to look around. The restaurant was filthy and staff also appeared filthy. I then noticed a staff member wearing a shirt with the "all seeing eye" on it, and as I looked around I noticed more of this type of thing. Then I noticed, way back in the kitchen was a piece of paper with a pentagram drawn on it, with several upside down crosses, and the words "hail satan" written over it. At that point I was done. We threw away our food and absolutely will not be going back. The filthy staff, filthy environment, rude attitudes and sub par food was enough that I wouldn't be going back, but what was hanging in their kitchen was the final straw. "Not good" is putting it politely, horrible is a better way to rate my experience.

I'm with many of the other reviewers who said the burger is dry and smaller than the bun and the fries were soggy. There isn't much flavor to the food and its expensive. We ate at The Habit the day before and it was far better. We made a mental note to make this our last trip
I feel like a Karen even writing a review like this, but I was so disappointed, and I wish I knew this before going. To charge $7 for a burger then charge an additional $5 to make it a meal then add another $3 for cheese on the burger and truffle on the fries, I really thought I was ready to be amazed. I wasn't. The burger was small, chewy, dry, and x-well done and it had a bun that fell apart in your lap with every bite you took with no forks in sight which made me feel like a toddler making a mess with their food. The regular fries were cold and the sweet fries were nearly burned, and the sauce choices were just as broad as anywhere else. Very sad that we paid $32 with tip for burgers and fries when burger king or Wendy's would have been better for half the price. Definitely won't go back.
This place was spot on for my first time here. Burgers were great and the different sauces were delicious.
This burger and fry place never let's me down. They always have delicious and consistent food. An amazing place to go with friends or people out of town
Can I give it 10 stars? The serving team were dynamic and fun! Others eating there joined in great conversation, laughter, down to trying each other's fries! It was one of those memory making moments where you smile often(even now).
They do make home made fries; sadly, they are poor. The oil was burned and not hot enough, so they went soft and tasted smokey. The burger was alright. You can get better fries from fast food chains. The burger is about on par with the chains.
