We went to Arby’s at 9:30PM, ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and a beef n’ cheddar. It took them almost 30 MINUTES to complete our simple order. There were 5 cars waiting at the front of the store for their orders, all of them ordered after we did but received their orders before ours. We ordered 2 sandwiches and fries. When we finally got our order, the buffalo chicken was cold. Extremely disappointed and unlikely to return.
We've only had one bad experience at this location. We eat here almost every Monday night. The food is usually timely and not cold. The people (all but 1) are actually really good, and want to please the customers. We'll be back, and hopefully the one bad egg will find another place to work.
We order Beef n Cheddar sandwiches the just took a regular roast beef and added cheese no onion bun charged us for the beef n Cheddar which is almost 2 bucks more asked for Arby sauce we were given 2 of them. We had 5 sandwiches and a med curly fry what a joke..
Always had good service and food at Nampa Arbys. Tonight the Au Jus was not in bag we we arrived home. I called to let them know to be alittle more careful when bagging the orders. The young man on the phone apologized but said they were out of Au Jus. I told him that would have been nice to know before ordering the French dip. I would not have ordered that.
Terrible customer service! They asked for our order and than multiple times ignored us in favor of a complaining customer even randomly turning their back on us directly after asking for our order. On top of that when we went to grab our food we couldn't get fry sauce because the lady stopped listening to us and then moved on to help another customer that was already being attended by the previous employee we discussed. My friend had too much sauce on his sandwich and I didn't get any which is interesting... the food was lovingly handled the employees and came out squished like a hockey puck. We were told that they had no shakes even though shakes are on the menu and we were told that the meal didn't change in price no matter what size we picked. My friend chose a medium and I chose a large just to see if what he said was true. Unfortunately he was lying and they charged us extra. Although the brisket was decent everything else wasn't. My friend had too much sauce in his sandwich and I literally got none. Definetly not worth the trouble going to.
Went right when they opened for the day! The employees were very curtious and greeted me with a smile and a, "Good Morning". My food was hot and fresh. By far one of the cleanest Arby's I've been to.
I hadn't had an Arby's sandwich in over 20 years, but I actually loved the French dip sandwich they have there. Everyone was friendly, it was quick in and out. I am definitely going back to try out that Reuben sandwich!
I stopped and bought five of their beef and cheese sandwiches for a homeless guy and they were very sympathetic to this person so highly recommend them.
This Arby's on 12th rarely disappoints in the times we've gone there... food is fresh, service is fast and friendly, and our orders have been perfect almost everytime (we order for 9 sometimes). Thanks guys!
The service was good but we've now came to this location now twice in one week and both times they didn't have any cheddar cheese sauce for my roast beef sandwiches. So I got my Ruben sandwiches which are just as good as the cheddar roast beef... Other then this little problem we love ordering our food from this location...keep up the hard work...❤️
