Ooof what a gem! A great classic Mexican eatery! I can't believe I've spent all this time driving past this place but never stopping by. My husband and I were out and about in Nampa and our stomachs started growling, and as we drove by this restaurant as we have done so many times we decided to make a U-turn and stop in for some grub.The inside is small, like really small. I don't think it could fit more than 20 patrons comfortably. As we ate our meal it seemed like a lot of regulars ordered take out.I began my meal with a delicious margarita that was beautifully presented in a light blue glass with a perfect salt rim. It was delicious, more sweet than I'd like but still good. If you prefer your drinks strong I suggest you make that clear. My husband enjoyed a classic Modelo.For food I bellied up to one of Aguililla's many combination meals - #3. Shredded Beef Enchilada and Chile Relleno (served with rice and beans, $9.75). Every bite was delicious! Served piping HOT, the chile relleno was fantastic and the shredded beef in the enchilada was perfectly seasoned. I wish I could have eaten slower to savor every bite but it was so damn good! One of those meals that keeps your tummy rumbling at just the thought of it. If you're a fan of this dish, you gotta try it at Aguililla's.My husband picked the Chile Verde Burrito ($9.50) with shredded beef and a side of rice and beans. I think I enjoyed his dish more! There was a generous amount of tasteful, tender beef and the verde sauce was to die for!
Really good food and service. The place looks a kind of dumpy. Normally would have passed based off of looks. But it came highly recommended and the recommendations were not wrong.
This is my go to taco truck for tortas, tacos , and burritos. I’ve tried other places in Nampa, but nothing compares to Aguililla’s. Their house salsa is also bomb. My only gripe is that I wish they had outdoor seating in that big parking lot of theirs, especially because the restaurant has limited indoor seating.
Don't let the outward appearance scare you away. Though it is small and rundown looking it offers the absolute best Mexican food you will find in the Treasure Valley!

Zero complaints. Carne asada was perfection, horchata was delicious, and salsa was on point(and I am very particular about salsa being from tx!!) It was the kind of meal that made me dance a little while I ate.
Street carne asada tacos are the best. They are very nice at the taco truck. Love their food.
Everytime me and my boyfriend go to eat we always go there amazing service. Amazing food. I love their tacos and burritos ?. My boyfriend always gets the tostada and he loves it. 10/10 would recommend u try at least once. Great for new people in idaho too ?.
