I’ve eaten allot of Asian cuisine Type food seeing as it’s usually my favorite food type. However I have never had such a severe issue as this one. For the past 2 days since eating here I’ve had consecutive health problems. My stomach has had severe pains and turning, a loss of appetite and issues with my mouth. My mouth especially has been extremely swollen and with sores all around. I’ve never had allergy issues with food my entire life, so I don’t see this being the case. I would recommend eating elsewhere
A little place in a strip mall on Ten Mile and Ustick, with maybe 12 tables. Tops seemed a bit sticky, but I think it is the finish.I got the spicy Mandarin chicken and the squeeze got General Tao's chicken. Neither dish was real spicy, but they have some decent hot sauce. Be aware that there a no veggies or anything in the dishes, just meat, which is what the menu shows. It would probably be best to split a veggie dish and one of these. Good for a takeout assortment. They do come with rice. Both were sweet as well. I will be back to try some complete dishes,
This place was highly recommended on Next Door, so we tried it for my birthday. Service was good, but only one person doing most of it - thankfully they weren't busy. My sweet and sour was good, but needed more rice. Do not order the honey chicken! It is not honey chicken, has no honey in it at all (the waitress warned us of this). It's just deep fried chicken strips with a mixture of mayo/mustard squeezed on top, with a few cashews thrown in. I think they need to either eliminate that from the menu or call it something else. Would I eat here again? Not sure at this point.
This is the best Chinese food I’ve had in the Treasure Valley! A hidden gem! Delicious food. Doesn’t look like much inside but the food and the service are so outstanding they don’t need any atmosphere to compensate. Love the specials, highly recommend!
If you are looking for a new Chinese food place this is it! Went in and ordered food to take home. Service was great and the food was amazing. Huge portions and better than quick wok! We will be back!
Good food and friendly service. will definitely go back. we had the Mongolian beef, sweet and sour chicken, chow mein and fried rice. best so far we have found since moving here.
I don't like leaving negative reviews, because I know it affects people's livelihoods, but it is necessary here. The pork for the pork and seeds smelled off and had an odd texture and white center, like they were freezer burnt (see picture). The mustard smelled rancid and had oil floating on top (see picture). I let that slide and tried a pot sticker, it had no flavor inside and weird rubbery outside with a burnt flavor. The dipping sauce tasted like soy sauce that had salt added to it. It was abnormally salty. I let that slide and tried a crab rangoon and in the process of chewing I pulled plastic out of my mouth (see picture). I assume it was from a cream cheese wrapper. At this point, I was genuinely concerned about food quality and safety, so to avoid potential food poisoning, we threw $50 worth of food in the garbage. This is the kind of quality you can expect from Wok Fusion. I have no idea how they have any good reviews, they shouldn't even be allowed to stay in business if this is how approach food quality.
Our 3rd visit here. We had Pot Stickers appetizers and Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao Chicken for entrees along with steamed rice. The beef and pot stickers were excellent. The chicken loaded with an interesting melange of nicely cut veggies, but bland and served too cold. Service cheerful & prompt .
We were hoping for more with all the good reviews. But the chow mein was too salty, not enough chicken at all, drowned in sauce. The rice was in a tiny carton and just lackluster presentation and subpar taste. We won’t be back
Mae is the nicest, hardest working business owner I've seen in a long time. Always a smile, never upset plus an endearing sense of humor! The food is fantastic -- great flavor combinations, sizeable portions and always hot and fresh. Try the Mandarin Chicken -- you won't be disappointed in the least. You'll want to order a second helping to take home!
