Normally I LOVE wingstops Cajun corn ? but the order I received today had 3 pieces that were scorched, hard as a rock and not edible at all. (The picture does not even do it justice how black they were) Hard to believe an employee saw these pieces and figured that was a sufficient quality to pass on to a customer.
I ordered Boneless wings in 4 different flavors, voodoo fries and corn. I got probably 20 bone in wings with original hot sauce and the fries were soaked in grease. I called and asked for a refund or something because my order was completely wrong the guy said he let his manager know and they would call. Never received a call. I picked up through drive thru and sat at the window for over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Horrible service, so slow & food sucks lately. Use to be good but I won’t go there anymore. 0/10.
This establishment has a good atmosphere; is very clean, great workers, and good quality food. They’re just working to get better and better each time I’ve come in. I highly recommend coming here. Best lunch I’ve had in a while!
When i came to pick up my order the staff was very friendly and their whole store was clean and organized. I got the hickory smoked barbecue wings and they’re absolutely amazing! i definitely will come back.
We did not receive the correct order (carry out). Upon calling them to ask if they would rectify the problem I was greeted with a holding line message for an exorbitant amount of time (10+ minutes). The wings we did receive were definitely delicious, but not what we ordered and in far less quantity.
Placed an online order, went to pick it up, paid for it when I got there and the nice lady that it should be right up and they'd say my name...they were a little busy so when they said other names I didn't think much of it..till 15 minutes went by and I got back in line to see how much longer. I get up there and the guy was like oh its been ready..it has now been 20 minutes and I asked why they didn't say my name and he goes "well how am I supposed to know that you were here" all of the food was cold and he didn't care at all. Didn't even want to talk to me about and became very rude. I used to enjoy their food, but I now go elsewhere due to this experience. They could have at least apologized about it, but no..just attitude..
Do not order thigh bites. Regular wings are so good & always on point but the thigh bites we wanted to try & are absolutely disgusting!!Literally nothing but breading even when you get a thick piece it looks like it will have chicken, NOPE all breading & grease! Stick to just classic wings. I don't even know why we spent $50 on this. So disappointed!!
We stopped by and picked up 30 BBQ'd bone in wings along with fries to go. We waited about 20 minutes after the associate said it would be 5 minutes (we ordered them in advance and stopped by another store prior). It's our first time trying the bone in wings. The prior two times we ordered boneless wings which were excellent. The first wing I bit into, a drumstick was like eating a mummified wing. It was horribly over cooked. Between the wife and I we just had 10 wings total that evening. All were over cooked but none were quite as bad as the first. Over the next two days I finished off the other 20 wings. All were over cooked and another was mummified. The fries were excellent and I'd put them up there with 5 Guys as the best in the market. Now, I know they are trying to hire at this location so perhaps it was a new hire that was poorly trained and burned the chicken. Whatever the case it was a horrible experience. I love the bbq sauce so I soldiered through it.
Really just good.. The Louisiana rub is some of the best tasting seasoning I've ever had. Folks that work there are amazing and helpful. It might take a little bit to get your food but it's well worth the wait!
These guys are freaking cool!!! The first time I ever came in, Casey was working BY HERSELF, handling so many orders. And she had the best attitude and made awesome wings!!! The food is absolutely delicious!!! Better than buffalo wild and way more personal!! I'm hooked. You gotta try them out!!!!!
