Was here today at 3:30 pm. Waited over 40 minutes in line. When I brought it up to the guy working the drive thru, he had nothing to say and didn't care. Who hires these people? Won't be coming back.
A new person was working her first day when I went, but that wasn't the issue. The issue was the trained employees that were working. I won't mention her name, but as I was leaving I told her she was doing a good job, and to ignore the kids with a total disregard to proper training.Frosty machine down, and not telling her while she's running the register, fail. Also, when she's asking a question to someone, and they act like they don't hear her, but you can clearly see by their reaction that they 100% heard her. I hope she stick through, and becomes their manager, cause her people skills were stellar, unlike the new breed working behind the counter.
Unfortunately I ALWAYS GET MY ORDER WRONG! I’ve try going different times of the day, dine in, delivery, and somehow they continue to mess up my order. The staff is super young and does not pay attention to what we say. The manager does not seem to be very concerned about the mistakes, and in fact made mistakes in my order a couple of times as well. It is just upsetting because I like the food, and the location is super convenient.
We ordered a burger with only lettuce, spicy nuggets with ranch, and fries. We got a burger with all the toppings, regular nuggets with no ranch, and cold fries. Super disappointing.
My Wife and I stopped by yesterday for a quick lunch. Drive thru line was very long so we decided to dine in. Found the doors locked! Checked Google and their information stated inside dining available. If you're not going to have inside dining available during lunch change your advertising so we don't waste our time and gas driving to your restaurant.
Just got home to realize they didn’t give me what ordered and paid for. Lame. Ugh, Just bit the chicken sandwich they gave me and it was spicy. Just lame. Too much trouble to drive back to sort it out.Update: I’ve cooled off and they made it right and were friendly about it. I’ll bump the stars.
Dirty, dirty, dirty and not in a good way...out of coke, ketchup. Floor behind the counter was absolutely disgusting. No way that critters aren't living in there. Bathroom...sorry even get me started....Will not patronize again!
Used to be a great spot. I'm a regular, yet my order has been messed up 3 times these week. Quality has gone downhill, and they don't no longer give you a receipt. Also, stop putting frosties in the clear containers they melt instantly!
My wife and I love Wendy's food and have gone here often, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. This place has screwed up several orders for my wife and myself. Today, worst one of all, they gave us a CHEESEBURGER when my wife ordered a CHICKEN SANDWICH. Honestly, getting tired of it and would not recommend this Wendy's. Heck, we might even just go to the McDonalds instead, because holy cow, giving us a BURGER instead of CHICKEN, the wrapper was even MARKED as chicken. We might give it one last try, but I kind of doubt it and if we want Wendy's we'll probably hit the one further away up.
They really don't care what type of people they hire. The guy who waited on us appeared disheveled with his hair uncombed and inability to concentrate. Another employee was wandering around with a hoodie covering his head and face. When we asked to speak to the manager, she appeared psychologically unbalanced. She told us she was struggling since her father died a year ago, she was leaving her job the next day, and couldn't handle life right now. She refused to give us the contact information of any other management personnel. The guy at the counter gave a diabetic customer regular coke instead of diet coke, and completely forgot our drinks, then was upset with us when we asked for them. He then sent us with empty cups to a dispenser that was out of order. We will never go there again!
