I came here for lunch today. I was very pleased with the speed and quality. Will definitely be back. The lady's that ran the truck were very nice as well.
Confirmed online 2x that this place states they are open every day besides Sunday. Drove all the way to the Meridian Fairgrounds on my lunch break to grab some tacos & found that you literally can't access this taco truck because it's locked up behind two gates during the "open" hours reported on Google. To add insult to injury, they have a gigantic banner on the front of their truck with the same hours that are reported on Google. To the owners: Stop false advertising & take the banner down if you aren't going to actually be open.

Seems like there penny pinching not usual taco truck Mexican style. Sauce was very watery, super burrito was far from super and the elote(corn on the cob) was not the usual way to make it.
