Cute friendly waitress but awful food all three of us couldn’t even eat a 1/4 of food over cooked fish and chicken very greasy pasta and over priced. Talked to lady manager gave us little discount still $97.meal that we didn’t even take meal leftovers to feed dogs. Never go back! Tipped waitress and best tip was her to go waitress elsewhere! Horrible experience to celebrate my daughters birthday and wanted a nice place and food. Left hungry with stomach aches.??
We went to Twigs last night for dinner and the service was AMAZING. We had Kayla as our waitress (Rylee says hi!) and she went above and beyond interacting with my kids, ensuring they were happy with their food, and spent 5-10 minutes just chatting with them (it wasn't a busy night so she wasn't neglecting other tables). The food was great and both parents liked their drinks. Only con is we had a butter knife and an app plate that were dirty when they arrived at the table.
We went to Twigs for a date night and were really let down. The food is dressed up and uses small proportions in a way that gives an illusion of fine dining, but you can tell right away that it is very poor quality food. They still charge high prices, however. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They do have a Gluten free and vegan menu, but you can do better Service was ok...

Worst customer service EVER! I ordered online (through their website) and I went to go pick up the order and they were closed (during business hours) so I called the next day and they were AWFUL. Basically they charged me over $54 and have REFUSED to refund me or even give me a gift card for the amount. It was over the holidays. I have tried now for over a month to get my money. The food is just subpar anyway but the fact that they just took my money makes me LIVID. I have worked customer service my entire life so I know they can do something. They were so rude on top of it and made me cry. Gross experience.
Just a head’s up - they have no available allergen menu on their website or at the location, do not respond to emails about allergens, do not return phone calls asking about allergens, and when you show up the poor host has to run around asking about allergens, and then try to translate whatever the kitchen/manager said. My company wanted to come here for a meal, and I did try to learn about the ingredients they use days before we arrived, but was unable to get clarity, even when we were there. If you have allergies, proceed with caution.
Tried Twigs yesterday. We truly were happy with how well it turned out! They got us right in when we would've had to wait at two previous restaurants. Our waitress, Christine L. was amazing. She greeted us quickly and she worked her butt of to make sure we got what we needed the meal was perfect. We ordered the Steak Sandwich with Pecan Cesar Salad the Crab Mac and Cheese. We asked for an extra plate because we're were going to split it. Christine had the kitchen half it already for us. It was the best . Even though she was busy she made sure everyone was taken care of and Christine made us feel like we were important to her and she was pretty witty to! We appreciate the fantastic service. Will definitely be back!
I eat here 2-3 times a month and have always had great service and enjoyed the food each time. Try their Top Shelf Margarita and BBQ, Fantastic!
We celebrated my wife's surprise 60th birthday at Twigs. Hats off to GM Justin for assembling such a great crew. Our wait staff was impeccable and they had their hands full with 24 guests. It was one for the record books. Great food, great friends, fantastic service. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
