Thinking Tacos, well, we booked them for our wedding and they never showed up.. no call, no communication at all until days later after threatening legal action. It took me essentially chasing him down to get my full refund... of $325.. and took two different days to get the full amount back aswell.. He butt dialed me and I can hear him setting up for an event yet I've called him multiple times and left multiple messages and no response. He said personal things happened, which I get but how it was handled was absolutely horrible. He then threatened me to sue me for defamation of character...... which it is not defamation of character if it IS TRUE. I'm not gonna be treated like that and then just let it ride. You should've reached out or somebody from your company even the next day at that.. I wish things didn't go this way being that we have had your food before and that's why we wanted to book you guys for our special day. I'm sorry this is the way things have had to go but you guys did it to yourselves. Good luck in the future
I coordinated a wedding on 5/7/22 at Firefly Ranch in Nampa and worked with Joe and his team and they did an amazing job! The elements were giving them a run for their money but they saved the day and delivered quality food,everyone was pleased and full!

I had these guys cater my family dinner the night before my wedding. Fantastic service from awesome guys. I would highly recommend Thinking Tacos? to anyone. The tacos were also great, arguably the best I have ever had.
The directions to get there are extremely confusing, the food is amazing though but it won't matter if you can't even get there. It's just super confusing and that's about it. The taco's are pretty good though, so many options for toppings and things like that

It was hard to find cuz i didnt see anywhere in the reviews or website it was located inside the bar. I was thinking a taco truck but once found the food was fast and good! It was nice to actually taste fresh cilantro in the tacos and sauce!!
