Love the White Chocolate Mousse, wish they had more locations?
Very clean inside! It was busy when we were there, 7:00 on Saturday 2/19/22. The two girls working were very efficient and very sweet. Took care of all the customers inside plus the drive-thru without anyone having to wait. Pleasant experience and the yogurt was delicious.
Don't order TCBY through the drive-thru! This loction doesn't know what they are doing. They don't have a list of the yogarts, and the staff doesn't know. They don't accept TCBY rewards. The girls on the coffee side, like to talk smack about cutsomers. Horrible, horrible, horrible!
We come here a lot, and I don't understand how they can screw up our order EVERY TIME. Not even exaggerating. We usually order for 4, two small cups with fudge, a medium cup with fudge, and a cone with a topping. And they will forget toppings or the whole cone or something. And they'll hand over excessively filled cups that drip all over the car. We need to ask for lids and a bag every single time because they don't think to offer. Ever. Even if it's dripping everywhere when they hand it over.
Absolutely disgusting! Get new malted milk! No one wants food poisoning from a shake!
Literally gross. Looks like it was living in the trash can and then put back on the counter FAR TOO MANY times.
Makes some things confusing when ordering and the new place combined is bad dont go to the drive thru its bad and going inside is the best way
My order was brought to the pickup window piece by piece, without any bag thus exposing the. Frozen product to direct sunlight and 96° heat. I had to ask the window person for a bag so I could take it home. It should have been bagged before it was brought to the window, since I'd already paid for it. Why are you people so determined to make a public show of everything I order? What makes exposing my food choices so compelling to everyone in the food industry? DON"T I PAY AS MUCH FOR WHAT I BUY AS THE REST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS? DO YOU TREAT THEM LIKE YOU TREAT ME? PERHAPS YOU WOULD BE HAPPIER TO BE CONSTANTLY EXPOSED TO PUBLIC RIDICULE. IT SEEMS TO BE WHAT MAKES YOU ALL SO COOPERATIVE TO ME? I really feel sorry for you lack of integrity, since I'm sure your employers expect what is purchased in good faith from their establishments to be delivered to the customer in appropriate packaging and as it was ordered, ...and paid for. STOP USING YOUR POSITION AS THEIR SERVICE EMPLOYEES AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO HARRASS AND ATTEMPT TO HUMILIATE PAYING CUSTOMERS!
And when here was my visiting family. The place was clean very quiet we were the only ones there for a while . The only one complaint I had where the scoops were kind of small for the money that you pay but the frozen look yogurt was delicious! The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. I would definitely come here again pleasant experience!
