This location just never has it together. For some reason they charged us more than listed on the menu for meals. Then the chalupa had the texture of a stale cracker rather than the delicious buttery crunch it should have. The tomatoes looked fine but they tasted like mold! It's such a convenient location but it's almost never a positive experience, just drive to one of the many other locations that can figure it out.
I went through the drive-through on my way home after work last night. Got home to E Boise to discover that not only did they not put ANY of sauce that they asked me if I'd like in the box, but the Crunch wrap supreme I'd ordered was also missing! This location just lost all of my future business.
I use to work at this location and i understand nobody's perfect but Missing items not portioned correctly knocked on lobby window with 2 teen employees in the lobby just staring at me not even the decency to come up to the door to ask me to go thur drive thru went to get my food was handed the food and the teens slammed the drive thru window and started laughing until I left not even a receipt
Decent fast food but the individual running the drive window was exceptional. Very quick and smart and helpful with our questions about the breakfast menu.
The line was long in the drive thru.. I got a Mexican pizza, which I was excited about, until I got home.. Not what it's supposed to be! Not sure what happened, but I won't get another one if this is how they're made. Very disappointing considering they're only back for a little bit, they should be trying.
Normal Taco Bell experience. Great staff. The location is a bit wonky in the island between the two lanes of Main Street, but maybe that makes it easier? You can get in or out both sides, but it's hard to get out if traveling south.
Worst Taco Bell ever! Bad food, even worse customer service, the kids working there don’t care one bit. Called and asked for Manager and got hung up on. Oh, and NO Mexican Pizza and No root beer. Is this even a restaurant? Will NEVER go back here again! ?
I went here today at 7:50 am after i just got off of work, very tired and hungry. Nobody answered. Not sure if y'all are understaffed but i suggest letting customers know if you're not going to be open at the time you guys posted you would be open. Very irritated and definitely not coming back to this location again lol.
Food was fine, however check your receipt because they will charge your card for a rounded up donation without your permission and never once mention it during your transaction. Never once during either time I was told my total was I told it was $9. I was told it was $8.04. I wouldn't care, however this was the second time they have done this. Apparently it's just common practice because they are running a competition
Great Taco Bell! Service is usually good, and food is almost always on point! Got a free taco last time I went, just for downloading the mobile app! 5 stars
