Customer service sucks, after giving us our drink in the drive through they forgot to make our food! When they finally remembered and got it to us it was cold. Definitely do not recommend this place

Eating at Sweeto Burrito is like playing Russian Roulette. We’ve eaten here quite a few times and we literally never know what to expect. The queso is always different than the previous times (the queso today literally looks like beans and honestly might be, attaching a photo). The first time I got onion rings, they were onion straws, but each time after that they’ve been normal onion rings. One of the burritos my fiancé orders is supposed to have chicken, and half the time they do pork instead. Now, with that being said, the food is always great, BUT it seems like the workers just make whatever they feel like making. We will keep going back because it’s very close to where we live and the food is great, but if you don’t like surprises then this may not be the place for you.

Been in a few times and had good experiences prior to today. Waited in line almost 15 minutes for a cold burrito with crunchy rice. And it was mostly sauce… really disappointed. I don’t think I will be back. Really sad.

Yuck. We were driving and saw this place and thought we’d try something new. There was nobody in the lobby, literally no one and we waited 15 minutes for food. When we finally got our food, the rice in the burritos was crunchy. One order of fries was ice cold, tots were ice cold, and one order of fries was fresh? The sweet pork was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. All 3 burritos we ordered were not very good. If you want a good burrito, go to cafe rio. The bathroom also needed some serious attention. None of us feel very good now after an hour of digestion. Definitely a waste of $30. Will not be back

Fantastic food from the couple of times I've eaten here. The burritos are phenomenal and pretty large. The staff was very accommodating with substitutions as well. I knocked one star off because there were several employees standing around chatting while the dining room and bathrooms needed some serious cleaning. Definitely recommend for a quick, delicious burrito though.

Decent food, this is strike 3. The first 5 times we didn’t know we got a side with. The 6th time is when we found out about it. That was strike 1, strike 2 was when they got my order wrong last time, they put salsa on the burrito when I said no salsa, I’m allergic to onions. Today, was strike 3, I ordered a break neck, he read the order and it was right but that’s not what I got. I’m done with that place.

Garbage service.Got told to pull up before asking what side I wanted or if I wanted a drink… pulled up to the window and asked if I could choose a side and his response was “oh yeah what do you want” in a tone as if I was annoying him. He was more focused on the girl making the burrito than the customer service or quality. Burrito was lackluster. Will not be returning. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this service. Finally fed up. This is their only location and I hope they don’t open another if this is their standards for customer service.PS:tater tot’s were cold

First experience not the best. Pasted by while driving and was intrigued by the cool advertising. Got the ride and shine burrito. Employee working the drive through window now wearing a mask, kind of rude, iPad was covered in good and was disgusting which made me realize he was handling food preparation and money without cleaning up. ? no napkins included.Burrito was good in concept, good sauces and I feel like I would have liked it if it wasn’t that there were big overcooked prices of steak inside that didn’t taste good. the chunks of steak were way too big and kind of grossed me out. I only ate half.Probably won’t try again.

Delicious burritos. Not your typical Mexican burritos. There are some really good options. I love rising through and coming back to try each flavor. One of my go-to eateries.

So I had heard of Sweeto Burrito when I lived up in CdA, but never tried them. The vibe is a bit of Lucha Wrestling (Flamboyant masked Mexican wrestlers) as a food place. Not sure if they really lived up to the hyper per se, but they are good.Basically it is American styled dishes placed into a tortilla like a burrito. There is nothing authentically Hispanic about it. But the meals aren't bad at all.I got the Buff Chick, chicken with tater tots, cheese and buffalo sauce basically. It isn't bad, and the meal comes with your choice of fries, tater tots, or chips and salsa. My tots were not fresh, but they weren't old. Probably no more than 30 minutes from the deep fryer. Same with the tots in my burrito. Which wasn't big, something that I would expect from Taco Bell to be honest with you. When I went into the location, there was a Dad with his two younger daughters getting their meals. I ordered my meal and went to sit down. Despite it not being busy, and there being two staff members, which became three staff members shortly afterwards, there were not many clean places to sit. Many of the tables had crumbs on them, and I ended up sitting across the dining area from the Dad and kids. The person, the third who came in after I had ordered, who brought my food to me, wore his hat more as a way to look cool, with his hair flowing out everywhere, and a full beard with no beard net.The meal was decent, but honestly I most likely won't return. It is out of my way, the food was okay, and between the cleanliness and the staff not taking the standard health and uniform requirements, it just isn't my cup of tea, so to speak.
