Food was good but even though there were 2 employees in the store the other employee was in the back and there was a long line. Not a single table was clean and the prices for a sandwich were way too expensive. We only went here because my youngest wanted to so badly.

Ordered on the subway app.. proceeded to linder/Eagle island location to pick up. Employee was extremely rude and told me they did not have my order. I asked to have it remade and was told they were too busy. (4 people in line) I showed him the order confirmation and he continued to be rude and told me to go to a different location. After I left I got a notification that my order was ready and I could pick it up ??

The young man with curly hair city and only been working there not too long but man was he the greatest employee of all time

My husband, daughter and I came in for dinner & we’re shocked by the rudeness of the gal who made our sandwiches. Curt response when we asked about available breads (she literally just pointed to the sign) and it continued all the way down the line to checkout. Produce was wilted so much so that I opted not to add it to my sandwich. She made us feel like we were stupid to ask a question and that she was annoyed with us being there. We’ve been to Subways all over the country but will absolutely NOT be back to this location due to the rude employee experience.

Updated hours posted. But 20 minutes after those posted times, still not open. Extremely unprofessional.

They are way understaffed. But the older gentleman that was working the floor did a great job handling the crowd on his own

Ordered chicken bacon ranch to go. I guess I was supposed to imagine it really had bacon on it. Didn’t know til I got home. Grrrr

I called about an order because I was kind of confused, and the person who answered had a tone of annoyance with me. Made me feel insecure during the call…

online said they were open so I placed an order for pickup and payed. Subway took my mom. Then we go to pick it up and they are locked and the girl says they closed even though it’s 3pm. they won’t give me my money back and won’t even give me a number I can call

Went online to setup order since Subway was offering an online footlong BOGO 50% off deal. Submitted order and the site said order would be ready by 5:40 p.m. I check my order status just before entering restaurant at 538 p.m. only to find out my order was canceled. According to the employee, the order was canceled because their new store hours close at 6 p.m. I'm very confused how an order that was supposed to be completed 20 minutes before closing time needed to be canceled.
