Super nice people, and the food was good.
Very disappointed. Ordered the Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado. After seeing the limp and apparently undercooked bacon, we asked if we could substitute more turkey for the bacon. The server declined saying they have to charge for everything. Then we realized there was no avocado on the sandwich. Too late to do anything about that. It's a shame the workers are not given the flexibility to make adjustments on the fly rather than being held to overly strict policies. Happy customers are repeat customers. Just one more reason Subway is our last resort place for a quick meal.
I ordered a ham and cheese “melt”. Supposed to be a grilled (not just toasted) sandwich. Placed the order 10 min before I got there. It was cold, obviously not toasted/or grilled. (The meat was barely warmed). Supposed to have 3x cheese, there were 4 triangles, and it was soggy. I tried to bring to their attention so they could grill it for me, and was told “it was toasted” … no sir, it wasnt, it is currently in my oven. Why could you not have just retoasted it? You didnt give me what I ordered in any mail ay shape or form. Its not that hard to actually try to do things right.
These guys are awesome. Not just a Subway but a locap sub shop with personality.
Food was fresh and fine but the guy making my sandwich was obviously quite sick. He sniffed the entire time coughed on his hands several times. I get you’re short staffed and feel for you but at least wear a mask, man.
They were super nice, friendly, and helpful and the food is always delicious!
11/3/21- Guys closed shop at 7:20, says you’re open until 8pm. Hard to make money if you close early. No cold cut combo for this guy.
Don't want to call anyone out, so just know this is one of the worse locations. Just go to another subway if that's what you are in the mood for.
Great service. The person that helped me seemed happy to help. Made my sandwich just how I asked and the quality was actually really fresh. Thank you for lunch Subway!
A few kids were playing around with a D*ldo, with gloves on and not switching the gloves when making sandwiches is the most unsanitary thing especially during COVID-19. We are in a worldwide pandemic and they are bringing in unrelated work items into work and making it affect the customers and their health. I am never coming back to this subway or most likely any subway after this.
