I got the new #1 Philly cheesesteak, and it had 0 provolone (or any) cheese on it...plus only about 3 pieces of green pepper and 2 of red onion. VERY disappointing!

The assistant manager Matt was AMAZING! He actually seemed as though he LOVED his job - you made my day man!!! and you made a pretty good sub too! Thanks!

Good food reasonable prices. Got steak&cheese, ham&cheese since they ran out of turkey. Easy to locate in shopping center.

3 Guys in there today were working their tails off and doing exceptional customer service! Sandwich is also delicious as usual!

The staff are rude, negligent and not courteous whatsoever. They also always, ALWAYS mess up orders no matter what the order is. Additionally, I tried to make an online order to which I was told it was unavailable even though the app and site said it was. I also called to try to order or at least get information but no one answered the phone.

Fastest service at the meridian location and with such accuracy! Good job to Joe and kenieshin!

Subway…where do I begin? The staff were amazing today. Mia and Molly made our sandwiches amazing today. Molly had the most beautiful eyes and a warm heart. Mia had a gorgeous smile and a generous personality. Her coworker fell on some soda, and Mia dropped everything to help her up. They knew exactly what they were doing! Will be coming here again😊😊

Saturday night we hit the drive through. Subway is one of our favorites. We had a teenager with us that was under the weather so we didn't want to risk going inside because she was fevered and we'd spent several days together.Over a period of 40 -45 mins, we waited at the drive through box. We were the only car, but, throughout our wait, other cars pulled in behind us and eventually left. We tried talking our kids into going elsewhere, but, they had coupons and were really proud to be buying with their own money, so, they begged to continue to wait. Twice, someone started taking our order but stopped in the middle and told us, "sorry, we're just really busy in here", and asked us to wait again.Finally, someone came on and started our order, asked us to hold on again, then a minute later, a different person came on and asked us to hold again. When I let him know that someone else had already started our order, he sounded confused and finally agreed to take our order.We ordered 4 sandwhiches and had to repeat and correct the order multiple times throughout the process. The staff were definitely polite but clearly overwhelmed. I suppose I have to attribute it to the staffing shortages.We finally got home late, snuggled in with our movie, and I opened my sammie to find it was completely dry. I'm certain that I repeated, at least 3 times, "extra Chipotle sauce, please", but there was none. Dry as a bone. I can't lie, the Chipotle sauce is my very favorite thing about Subway sammies. I managed a Subway from the ages of 19 - 24, and that sauce is what keeps me coming back.Anyways, very disappointing experience. The staff was friendly and the food was quality but my missing sauce was the straw that broke the camel's back on the experience, after our 40 min wait with a sick kiddo, and unorganized service. These kids working in these places are understaffed an overwhelmed and it's not thier fault.My suggestion: Please close the drive-thru if you don't have the staff to run it. It's ok. We will all get over it. I wish I had something better to say. I don't blame anyone, but, this was my honest experience.

My experience was amazing the worker Leo is an amazing person and served me well! We need more people like Leo in the world! This boy needs a raise!!! 10/10 service as well

I love sandwiches. I don't love companies that underpay and overwork employees for the benefit of shareholders and executives sitting in their offices doing nothing for 50x the pay.The "now hiring" signs are a dead giveaway, as anyone paying significantly better than their competition has found zero hiring problems. It's almost like people work for money... Weird.Subway flavor good, company bad.
