Ok so our entire order was made wrong, also found a bone in the sandwich. Called the store and said they couldn’t do anything until the following day. I got No call- so I called and the manager only offered a refund and I would have to go in the store. So dinner was ruined, and now a waste of gas to have to drive to get the money i already paid for back. Mistakes happen but at-least offer a sandwich with a refund for the mess. Won’t go back and definitely don’t recommend.
I got a ham and cheese melt. I got 3 pieces of meat on a 6 inch. The workers were extremely rude I can’t believe subway thinks these are good workers. Valerie and Tasla are costing your company money and customers.
Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. I get in the two lady’s working Valerie and Tasla were extremely loud were blatantly took a few minutes to even begin taking my order( I am the only one in the store) I had to correct Valerie multiple times on what simple sandwich that I wanted. She never used any scoops for the meet(cross contamination) with the same gloves she’s used to touch everything else. Then the best part is they said they were closing at 3, turned away 4 different people while I was getting MY sandwich made, cause Subway won’t hire any closers. They worst two people I’ve even seen work in any Subway I’ve been into across the country. These people make subway look bad
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ITS TERRIBLEDate for reference (in case owner checks these)-3/6/2022 walked in front door @ 3:30pm-no tables in establishment were clean to sit down at - there was sauce and crumbs and napkins all over every table. One bathroom was out of order so I used the other and it was terrifyingly filthy. Walked up to the front and got asked pretty rudely what I and my girlfriend wanted. Both employees looked high, having bloodshot eyes and speaking in low monotone - I have no problem with the "high" part, just would prefer them not be high while they are making my sandwich. Both employees winked at one another and began laughing with in another two different times while making I and my girlfriends sandwiches. Had to repeat myself three times about wanting chips and a drink, they got angry when I grabbed a cup even though they had just charged the drink and it was on my receipt and they hadn't offered me the cup already. The sandwiches did taste decent but mine wasn't toasted long enough to melt the cheese. Terrible location, owner either doesn't care about food quality and safety or just can't be bothered to hire people who care when they are on shift.DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I hope it goes out of business so the Subway brand won't be tarnished any longer with it. Don't waste your patronage here.-Josh, 3/6/2022 @ 10pm
Was trying to avoid writing a bad review but I think it's necessary at this point. The food hasn't been bad, but this is the second time I've came to this location after 9 am and the door is locked with someone inside. It clearly states on the door that they open at 9 am. The first time was the manager and I had to knock on the door. This time I'm just leaving to go somewhere else.First time it was close to 9:30 BTW.Today 12/22/21 9:16 AM
The bread was hard like it was old.Didn't really follow my wishes for what I wanted.Probably won't go back

Stopped here at 7:05 and was told they would not serve us due to being closed. However, they had a group of people they were currently serving as well as their open sign still on.
I get my feet long turkey and ham on on Italian and cheese bread provolone cheese toasted finish green peppers Mayo mayonnaise excuse me and black pepper well I got the sandwich I was not the one at the door that got it when I went to eat it there was no noticeable cheese even though I had actually ordered extra cheese it is very spicy it is hard for me to eat which I have no idea why it's spicy I didn't order anything that should have been spicy I am really dissatisfied with this order I don't think I'll order again so thank you for letting me talk to you about this all right bye
This was a delivery order. I am extremely disappointed. Both reasons why I enjoy this sandwich, were messed up. The bacon was not heated up. While my sandwich was not toasted, I would think it's extremely, extremely obvious that you still cook the bacon regardless. I have never had to request that, the employees typically have enough critical thinking skills to know that. This made my sandwich taste very off and very chewy and I'm really hoping this bacon wasn't raw. The next issue was the Chipotle SW sauce. Typically, if someone requests a sauce on their sandwich, they're wanting enough that they can at least taste it. However, I can see a miniscule amount of the sauce, but can't even taste it, due to how little sauce was put on. In addition to these two major issues, I also ordered extra onion and didn't even get the normal amount. Overall, I'm highly disappointed with this sandwich and didn't even finish half of it. This was a waste of money and at this point, I don't think I'm coming back. There's plenty of other options for sub sandwiches and I won't make Subway one of them anymore. If you have any concerns a out your order form this location, don't even waste your time submitting feedback - the manager will do absolutely nothing to make things right.
