Was needing some tacos following a “meh” round of golf at Lakeview… listen to your GOOGLE!!! The El Pastor, Carnitas and fish tacos were some of the best I’ve had in the Boise area. Little taco truck didn’t disappoint!! Wow!!
5 stars doesn’t do this place justice. I’ve been 4 or 5 times in the past month, and that’s not nearly enough. My go to is the birria tacos with the consommé but everything on the menu is delicious and flavorful! The mother/son combo running this truck are incredible. Amazing customer service and so personable! The only thing better than their customer service and food is that they’re less than 5 minutes away from me. Just got done eating and I’m already looking forward to the next time.
All the five star reviews are well deserved. The best taco truck in town if not ever in my travels. The Barria is amazing especially with the soup to dip into. ? recommend setting up a couple of umbrella or awnings for shade for the small tables to wait or eat.
The owner's are very nice and personable! Outstanding food (Recommend the- Tacos De Birria De Res dipped into Consomme). I'll definitely be going back. Because of the delicious food as well as how great the people are, Street Tacos La Cruz is now my go to food location.
Well deserved 5 stars. I felt like I took advantage of them afterwards because the tacos are SO good and SO cheap. Service is super friendly and quick. I hope they are able to stay at this location for a long time, it's right off my commute home. I could go here weekly. Great flavor and perfect consistency of Al Pastor, great Chorizo and good carnitas. Salsa verde is not spicy, but full of flavor. Grab a grilled jalapeño or Serrano between bite's and you've got a great street taco experience. Priced VERY good. Two tortilla's and they are also very good, not over or under done.
Amazing people and amazing food! We pass this taco truck all the time and decided to stop finally. We got chicken tacos, veggie super burrito and a Gordita and they were all so fresh and flavorful!! The owners were very friendly which made the experience even better. Will definitely go back. Great job Daniel and Maria! ?

5 stars coming from 2 people that are very picky about mexican food! I had carne asada and chicken street tacos, and my hubs had the super burrito and everything was so good; The kind of good that makes you dance a little while you eat! The owners were very kind and down to earth, and just overall provided a really good experience in the short time we interacted. Looking forward to trying birria tacos and horchata next!! Support local!!! ?
