The paper straws are awful. They bend and rip. Super uncomfortable to drink out of.
The waite today was crazy I waited 15 min , but this Starbucks is usually very good and friendly

I sent my little sister to this starbucks with my card, and told them to get what they wanted. My mother likes Caramel Macchiato blended, which the starbucks in alberstons does really well. My sister said she repeated herself five times and each time, the employee said she couldn’t make anything like it (sarcastically.) When they came home, Mothers cup was only filled 1/4 way full of coffee and a small bit of whip cream. I wouldn’t have left a bad review if the cup was full at least. But its only halfway full. Just please next time don’t be mean you guys..im a drive through employee myself and do things I dont want, so just stick it in yall..

By far the best starbucks location in the valley! Our barista Julia was so much fun this morning - really connected with us in the few minutes we got to chat with her at the drive thru window!
This location has much more than just great customer service. They have some of the kindest people I’ve ever met in my life. True genuine people who care about you, and your experience there. Not just the fake smiles we expect when we go into restaurants or cafés. Legitimately worth any extra commute you might have to make to come to this specific location. Love, cupbop.
Best Starbucks in the Treasure valley! I've never had a bad experience at this location, wether it's them chasing me down for forgetting my cake pop or even today helping me create a totally new order (THAT WAS AMAZING). Jesse is the absolute best!! She was so kind from the moment I walked in the door and gave me a new drink that is definitely going to be my new regular! She honestly deserves a raise!! I sat and did some work after I got my order and she treated everyone the exact same way!! she super hard working! As is everyone at the store! All of them have great energy and work ethic from my perspective. Love them!
