My drink was very good and employee named Taylor was super nice and helpful and took the time to have a nice conversation with me when I ordered my drink!

Waited at the drive through intercom for 5 minutes, nobody said anything so we get to the window and the girl was very rude when we told her nobody was at the intercom. She paused and told someone else in the drive through she would be right with them, but when we went through the drive through she never acknowledged us. She tried to tell us she was taking another order in front of us but there was nobody in front of us. They asked us to park and we’re going to bring our drinks out but they never brought them out. We waited over 10 minutes and finally went in and talked to someone about it. Most ridiculous starbucks and employees I have ever seen.
This is consistently the slowest Starbucks around. It’s always a 20+ minute wait in line, so it’s faster to go to the next nearest Starbucks or Dutch Bros.
Always delicious coffee. Baristas are always the coolest kid in class.
This is the 1st time I've been to this Starbucks. I won't come again. The 3 batista were extremely loud and would erupt in high pitches squeals and yells. It was Monday afternoon between 4 and 5. Perhaps this Starbucks is too open and sound carries easily.
Went inside, place was clean and they got my order done fast. Much better than sitting in the drive-thru!
I ordered a hot chocolate and got a coffee drink. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I’m I supposed to tell them that I don’t want coffee when I order hot chocolate? 3 different locations!!
The two stars are because our drinks are usually accurate. I’m really hoping someone in management actually reads these reviews and starts changing something. This location is the slowest location ever recorded in history. It does not matter the time of day or how many people are in the drive through (though usually the line wraps entirely around the store). It takes so long. Once you get to the window you’re usually ignored, and I can see everyone in there standing around, barely moving. I get that it’s a busy location, but the workers just kind of...fall flat? And this has been the same way since it opened. It isn’t a one time complaint. It’s been a long time now. Figure it out. We frequent Dutch Bros more often just for speed. It’s ridiculous.
