It's your typical Starbucks, nothing exciting. Their drive through and entrance were both blocked. Had to park at a neighboring business.
Tried the new refresher with coconut milk since I am not a big coffee person with a turkey pesto before doing some activities. Tasted great and the fruit made it so much better :)
Always appreciate the crew there. Never had a bad experience!
Went through the drive-thru today when I normally rarely use this location. The barista working the mic was pleasant, but not overly so, and made me genuinely smile. Sometimes, the smile and idle chat are as good as the latte (SF vanilla). Today was one of those days ❤
I’m a regular at this location, and I mostly order through the mobile app. Every single time I’ve been here, without fail, they’ve always been super friendly, my drinks have never been wrong, and some of the employees know me by name now since I’m there so often. Definitely recommend. Wish I was better with remembering names so I could mention specific people but seriously, every single person I’ve interacted with there has been wonderful.
The Nitro machine never works and is incredibly inconsistent at best. They just keep giving you the same answer. It’s one thing to have issues for a few months and it’s another to have it over a year. I’ve been going to the one over by Wendy’s in Meridian. I’ve read it could be inconsistent water pressures to the black gasket being compromised by the dishwasher to the lid on the keg not being seated properly. In any case I would have someone other then the person they have checking it out look at it. Ask yourself why certain locations are better at it ???????? Hmmmmm…

This Starbucks is my favorite on Lincoln! The employees are always so nice and helpful. If you’re ever there and a nice young Jeremy is working consider yourself lucky because he is the best employee!

We come here every day! Staff are great! Today it is 8:04 and you are “out” of cold brew! Yesterday it was 7:15 and you were “out” of cold brew! EVERY DAY you are out of cold brew! A big company like yours has to understand what the solution is when you constantly run out of something!
