Every time I go to this location in the morning the line moves pretty quickly.
I don’t tend to write reviews, but I feel that I could spare somebody time and money by doing so.I come to this location almost every day, and order the exact same thing. However, I am not lying when I say that the baristas can not make a drink correctly to save their lives. They are always out of drinks or other items, and on top of that, they are usually closed for some unknown reason. The point is, the management and customer service is, frankly, deplorable.One barista in particular had a very bad attitude when I asked her to remake my drink. It was around 3:00pm on March 14th, and she had to do it twice before it was correct. From her facial expressions and irritated tone, I can honestly say that she has no business interacting with the public if fixing a simple mistake is such an undertaking for her. I understand that life happens, and things do not always go correctly, but for it to be happening every day is simply unacceptable.
I did a mobile order at 5:02 and went to pick it up at 5:20 doors are Still locked when they open at 5 went through drive through noons answered . If you’re not gonna be able to open by five then change your times literally paid for a drink and didn’t even get it
This is not my most favorite location they are always out of things. The staff is friendly 50% of the time, I have had good and bad experiences here.

We were very disappointed with the service this time. We got there 7 minutes before they closed, and they would not take our order.
Staff is great, coffee is Starbucks as expected, environment is good. Only thing that has been not so good is the food, but it hasn’t been bad.

Seriously the slowest Starbucks in the city. I’ve now given it at least 5 chances and every single time it’s 15-20 minutes in the drive thru no matter what.
