I believe the person manning the tell at this location was dishonest in their actions and intent, and I think it is important that I share. I needed to break a 10 to get something so I got two drinks. My total was $4.64, I paid with the 10 and 64 cents, and did not receive change, but since I normally just pay with a card I didn’t think about it until I got to the place where I needed to pick up the thing and I realized I did not have the $6 and I check the receipt and it says $.34 change which means the teller entered that I gave a 5. However I said here is 64 cents and a 10 then gave that amount of money. Then when we returned a few minutes later and asked about the missing money the window person didn’t even question it and immediately just jumped into excuses then returned the money.
Very nice kids work here. I ordered a cherry sparkling water with extra cherry. There was cherry syrup but no cherries. That is the whole point of ordering cherry at sonic... always disappointed when the drink is gone and there are no ?
Omg it was so gross! The chicken sandwich thingy that I had that was on toast have been under the lights for so long that the lettuce was cooked in a tomato was cooked and Stewie and it was mushy and disgusting. And way too expensive.
I wasn't to happy with the service I received. I understand that times are hard and it's hard to keep good employees but my issues weren't due to order time or quality of food. It was a poor quality of service. And it was more expensive than expected.
Awful food. Service was fast but doesn't count if I can't eat the food. Burger tasted rotten. Hot dog wasn't done.
Y’all need to send an RM out to clean this mess up. Your employees are seemingly rude and self righteous and from the sounds of other reviews I’m not the only one to experience this. I don’t believe it’s the employees though. I’m not going to put anyone on blast, rather the entire operation. Really sonic, who is steering the ship here? Who’s managing these teenagers? They can’t be expected to run your facility with weak leadership and little experience and keep their heads on straight. The last 3 times I’ve been here I’ve had issues, and it seems many others have had the same issues as well.
I deliver for doordash and have been for years and I have never written a bad review after picking up an order, I had 2 orders that I had to deliver and I get those all the time and never had an issue with a fast food place refusing to give me an order. I went to this sonic and had 2 orders I had to pick up and they told me that they don’t let drivers take 2 orders at once and I was alright with that and I wasn’t being rude at all and she offered to go get the other order for me.. but when she came back they instead wasted my time and lied saying that they couldn’t “find” the order so I decided to play along and tell them that doordash wants me to place the order through the speaker and guess what order popped up. I knew they had the order because I called doordash and they told me that the order was already confirmed by the sonic employees. I never had an issue with any other sonic so I wouldn’t go to this location and go somewhere else.
Ordered 12 drinks online, early in the morning. The drinks were ready when I went to pick them up! The order was correct, the drinks tasted great and the customer service was awesome! Thank You!
All of their drive up stalls were closed and their patio. Plus they have a 2 lane drive through but one of those lanes was closed as well with no cone up or anything… I ordered online to check in you have to pick a spot, which is not possible since they’re blocked off. The people working there seemed fine, but it shouldn’t be so inconvenient. Also their lobby was locked so it made it almost impossible to even tell them I was there with out waiting in the long drive through line, which defeats the purpose of ordering online.
Super disappointed in the meal today. Ordered chicken tenders for my kid. Asked for ranch and got none. Ordered two pretzels and received no cheese sauce. The tots were lukewarm to cold. Just not a great experience.
