All lobby doors were locked but one. No signs saying use other door. Lobby was filthy. No clean tables and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped on days. The lobby was empty when we got there. Bathroom was disgusting. Soap was empty. Just stopped for an ice cream and to get out of the heat.
Only reason for two stars and not one is the order was refunded. Made an online order got there checked in took 15-20 minutes to get the order drive home. Started handing out food and one whole meal was missing, sauce was missing, and the corn dogs for the kids were the smallest I've ever gotten from any sonic. This isn't my normal sonic and I will not return.
My sonic blast lid was not secured properly and it was overly filled (thanks btw sonic employee’s) but I tried to pick it up and the lid popped off and it sonic blasted all over my car. God I love sonic. But I like my ice cream in the cup. Not all over my car
Sonic always serves hot, fresh burgers and fries. Also, their app gives you great deals when you fist sign-up, and regularly after. If you like half price drinks all the time, get the app and order before pick-up, saves time and the discounts are worth it.I am sold on pre-ordering for fast food, you just pull up into a space (SKIP the line) and give them your order number- BAMM, it's there before people lined up waiting for drive-thru place their orders. Enjoy~
I usually only buy drinks from Sonic but I do like their bread sticks but they haven't been available for several weeks.
This review is for the new pickle burger, which is a great idea but it wasn't anything like it's portrayed. It had like 4 pickle fries and 3 regular pickles with hardly any sauce and the lettuce was everywhere but the burger. Kinda disappointing because otherwise I love sonic. I can't live without ocean water!
Manager had trouble working the order system and did not appear to be familiar with their limeade drinks. Basically got soda water with barely any lime flavor. Also had to repeat the order a few times before she got it correct.
I ordered on the app using one of my rewards, but every spot was cordoned off and the drive thru was long and not moving for the 5 minutes I was sitting there. I then found a parking spot nearby and tried to put the patio number into the app. I sat there for 20+ minutes with nothing happening. Nobody called on the console to tell me whether they were even going to bring my food out.I ended up losing my money and reward because I had a movie to get to and couldn't wait anymore. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location, with most of the spots blocked off, but at least I got my food the other times.I'm never coming to this location again, even if it's the closest one around.
I went to this sonic and was very dissatisfied. All of the booths were closed, the drive-thru moved extremely slowly, the people were not kind and I did not even get what I ordered. I ordered a Oreo milkshake and got a shake with waffle cone in it. This did not come with a spoon and didn’t even ask us if we wanted our receipt. Very disappointed
Who ever works night shift needs to be fired . They forgot 2 of my meals as well as no sauces and just rushed everything and I was already home . Please don't come here if you want bad service then do .
