I gave it 5 stars because the staff was super friendly..i ordered a chicken sandwich no cheese no tomato I get down the road and there's 2 pieces of cheese, $10+ meal in the trash. I could have turned around and went back but it happened to be 3:30 and the traffic was heavy and I live 35 miles away, so I drank my soda and was happy about it.
Quick service and friendly staff. The drinks were great as well. My only wish is that Sonic would try different cups, since their styrofoam cups seem very easy to break and the lids pop off sometimes.
Just left this place and they were busy but absolutely kind and cheerful. The sweet guy at the drive Thur window apologized for being so busy and gave us coupons for next time. I just want to say thank you for being so awesome!!
It was hot AF. So stopped by Sonic's for a cool drink. They got my order wrong but quickly fix it with no problem. I'd stop at this place again. Even on a cool day. ?
Great variety of food. Fast service. Got everything in the order right. Love all the different drink options.
Just waited 15 minutes for totchos with extra cheese sauce that I PAID for, and there's hardly any cheese sauce at all and they were cold by the time they came out. ?
The service was very slow. I didn't get what I ordered at all. Didn't know it was wrong til I got to my friends house. I ended up with someone else's order. I asked for the Sonic Cheeseburger with the lettuce, Tomatoe, and onions no mayo. I got a double bacon Cheeseburger. I didn't feel like driving back there to get the right order. I usually don't have a problem with my orders in the past. I ended up having a really bad stomach ache most of the night. I couldn't fall asleep until 4 am. Not sure if I will come back or not. But if I do I hope I get what I ordered next time..
We made our order and it was completely wrong. When we confronted them about this, they sought out their manager to make amends, but not without saying “They’re just trying to get free food” within earshot. The manager got us our burger free of charge and we had to pay the difference for the proper upsize in mozzarella sticks, which is fair, but the person who was delivering our food gave it to us with a VERY sour expression and total silence. No “Sorry for the wait” or “Apologies for getting your order wrong”, just a look that said “Here’s your grub, now get out of here”. Thank you for at least taking the time to get our order right, but NO thank you for the attitude.
Out of pickles, no hot sauce, ranch tastes thin and fake. Burger patties overcooked, yet cheese not melted on them. Cold fries. No receipt. There were 2 other cars, they weren't busy. Lame, lame $10 of dissatisfaction.
This is for the Fairview Meridian store. This has now happened twice, once in April 1st, now tonight, April 30th. I order a single cheeseburger, with ONLY ketchup, mustard and bacon. Nothing else. And both times now the burger has had EVERYTHING on it, and NO BACON. The screen even said only mustard, only ketchup, only bacon. Please get the cooks to watch their order screens. I'm in the business and I know things can sometimes be hectic, but it was 11pm. Wasn't that busy. Please do better.
