Last weekend, my family celebrated my mother's 70th Birthday Party by reserving the banquet room. We had approximately 20 people in our party. There was no reservation fee for the room and the cost for the the amount of food we received per person was extremely reasonable. The room was big enough to accommodate our needs and allowed for people to move around comfortably and socialize if they wanted. Lauren, our hostess, had only been working there for one week. She nailed it!! Not only did our food come out on time, drinks were promptly ordered and delivered. If we had questions, she had the answers. She treated my family like hers. Excellent job Lauren an to ALL the staff!

Food was great, even with being delivered, and delivery was on time. It was still hot and tasted good. The person who took my order was very pleasant and answered the phone quickly. The only qualm I have is that she took my credit card number then repeated my credit card number and expiration in full to confirm she got it correct. This is not appropriate as anyone could have overheard and stolen my number. To confirm a credit card number, if even necessary, the customer should be asked to repeat it, not the other way around. In addition, if it was able to be repeated in full, did she write it down instead of entering it into their system? If it wasn't for that, I'd give 5 stars.

Although my order wasn't ready by the time I arrived to pick it up because they forgot a few things, the staff was friendly and apologetic. (Every one makes mistakes, we are human!) The food was delicious and the pricing for the lunch specials aren't bad.

Great service. Appreciate excellent service even with a group. Food was very good also.

WWWAAAAAAYYYYYYYY TOO MUCH GARLIC. If they'd not use an entire jar for each item, it may have been pretty dang good. Was super bummed especially since it messes with my husband's tummy. Server was nice when we saw her the three times we did. Over all, probably won't go back.

Unique and tasty dishes. We love the Teriyaki Chicken Fettuccine and Chicken Parm. The brie kisses and spinach artichoke dip are our favorite appetizers!

Fantastic food and amazing service. I have a gluten allergy and their gluten-free pizza is the best. So Delicious that I forget it's gluten-free

Our first time going here and our server really helped us navigating their menu. We thought it was going to be a pizza joint and a salad bar but it is so much more. The menu has burgers, steak, pasta, salmon, salads and a lot more. We were there and ordered before 5:30, so we were able to take advantage of happy hour pricing. We had 2 margaritas, appetizer, 1 side salad with garlic bread and 2 individual combination pizzas. All for under $40. We will definitely be coming back!

First time here, got it to go. Burger was decent, but the fries...ugh. Cold, soggy, flavorless, not cooked well. Also, a plastic take home box, really? Please do better for the planet.

I ordered 3 pizzas at 4:30pm to be made and ready by 7:30 on Saturday 1/22/22. I arrived at 6:45pm to see if they would be ready sooner and possibly bring the family in to eat an appetizer while we wait for the pizzas. I was told everything was backed up and the appetizers were the most backed up. I was told at 7 that my pizzas were in the oven and that they would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I go back out the the car to wait for a few minutes. I came back in to check in and was told my pizzas were given to someone else so they would have to remake them. At 8:15, I'm brought out 3 pizzas, 1 of which is correct but the other 2 were completely different pizzas than what I ordered. So I'm told another 5-7 minutes to make the correct pizzas. I ask them to put the Santa Cruz in the warmer while the others are being made. I left there with all three pizzas (one of which was still wrong and 1 that was luke warm) at 8:32 PM. 1 hour and 45 minute wait at the store for 3 pizzas that I had called in 3 hours in advanceWhile I sat in there waiting, I had a beer and observed the operations of the joint. There was absolutely no management, direction nor leadership! Tickets were lost, there was no organization or the orders and the staff was reacting to nearly every mistake that could be made. I saw nearly every customer apologized to and several take out orders either messed up or customers waiting an hour or more for their orders.A cook in the back was wearing blue plaid pajama bottoms and he seemed to be more concerned about drinking his soda than cooking food as he took several breaks.I watched as one of the male servers poured something into a condiment cup. He got some on his finger so he licks it off then immediately picks up someone's entree and delivers it to the table. DISGUSTING!!!! This guy was a heftier gentleman that seemed to maybe be part of management. My last two orders from this place (Meridian and Kuna) have been comped by the staff because of screw ups. It's sad because these guys make my absolute favorite pizza ever in the Santa Cruz but after this experience, Smoky Mountain Pizza will not receive my business ever again!
