Salad bar wonderful especially in the hot weather. The chicken wings on bar were very overcooked & dry. Soft serve ice cream was out of order, told someone lost a part. Bummer but I'll get over it. Fresh fruit better for me anyway.
My wife and I went into sizzler for dinner. There was a short line at the regiser due to the fact that the couples ahead of us couldn't seem to make up their minds about what they wanted to order. We ordered our food(salad bar and burger) they waitress came over to our table and brought our drinks.we started talking about them having no chicken at the salad bar and she said she would have the kitchen cook some up. She then brought them to my table when they were done to make sure I got some. Phenomenal service from her and the wait staff from my previous visits. Wish I got her name as she deserves to be acknowledged for service above and beyond!
I got the hibachi chicken and salad bar special. The salad bar was good and fresh, but the main course was a total joke. A small chicken breast with only one side included. The meal tasted fine and the service was good; however, Sizzler is just too overpriced.
Sizzler is a little different. You order before you are seated, so I suggest looking at the menu online before you come. Cash tips only.The service was wonderful. Our waitress was tending to several tables at once and checking up on everyone frequently.Now the food. Oh the food! The portion sizes are perfect. I ordered the steak and Malibu chicken. The steak was perfectly medium rare as I asked for. The mashed potatoes and gravy on the side was wonderful. And the chicken. Best thing I have eaten all year.If you want some amazing food, coupled with great service, come to Sizzler's!
The food was fresh and tastes great. Michelle was very nice/polite and gave us exceptional service!
Ate at salad/soup bar. Lots of options.Toast came to table cold. Person at entrance was there for the check. Not customer service. No eye contact. Ho hum attitude.Hire better people or better training.Don't recommend because of service.
I have never had a bad experience at Sizzler up until today. Thankfully the manager made it right. We always tip at sit down restaurants but today will be the exception. And it was not because of the shortage of staffing. 2 stars because the manager made it right and the food was good.
We got off work late but wanted to celebrate the week with a steak. We drove up at 8:52 just as we were getting out of the car a worker came and locked the front door as she looked us in the eyes. Sad that they close early on a Friday night despite posting door closing 9pm.
typical sizzler experience. Masks were essentially non existent with the customers but staff was masked and i appreciate that. service was a little slow for our liking but expected in the evening hours. Food was good, salad bar had a good variety. would recommend avoiding around 6PM since the line was long to get in.
I really enjoyed our lunch today. They salad was yummy and very clean. Steak cooked just right. Michelle our waitress was especially good and very friendly. We will be back.
