Schwan's used to be really good. However, now the prices have gone up and the delivery fee is now $4.00. Not really worth it it anymore. A shame since I like their food.
Had a terrible experience with our first and LAST Schwans order. Their customer service is equally as horrible and seemingly can’t do anything but answer the phone and listen to your complaint. No attempt to fix the problem, just “sorry there’s nothing we can do about it”.If I could have given zero stars or even a half star I would have.

I wouldn’t recommend I placed an order for delivery feb the 8th and they said I wouldn’t get it the 17th? Yeah no, I’m a first time shopper and highly don’t recommend ordering from here
I was given the wrong item. When I called the area office to see if they could please contact their driver so that he could come back to my home and the supervisor told me that they are unable to contact the driver. Where I live, Schwan's comes every two weeks. Not happy with the situation. Especially because we are 20 yr customers.
Worst customer service in Meridian Idaho, they won't call you back if you have any problems. If your delivery guy doesn't show up, they are like, oh well, we will have to pick another day... Whatever I just waited 4 hours for my delivery time, and no show for no reason. I needed the items the day I scheduled.

THEY SHORTED ME ON MY FIRST ORDER. I CALLED 3 TIMES BUT NO ONE WOULD HELP ME. THEY KEPT TELLING ME SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BUT NO ONE DID. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PRODUCT SCHWAN'S SHORTED ME. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
