Trevor was our server and from the time he came to our table we could tell he didn’t care about us. We go here every Friday to eat and drink. Our first round was fine but the second round for my wife her drink was bad. She was drinking a kettle one dirty martini. Her drink had issues. When we said something to Trevor, it was like he could care less. We ask for a kettle one on the rocks . I checked her first drink which he didn’t remove and found it was gin instead of vodka. When I told him this he still left the drink on the table and walked away. I ordered winks crispy, easy on the sauce and my wife ordered the key lime chicken breast which she had the week before. Mine came totally drenched with sauce which I needed8 napkin’s to soak up and her chicken breast this week was canned chicken. When ask how her meal was she said it wasn’t like last week and he picked up the plate and walked away. He could care less how good our experience was. I always tip at least 20%. For the first time ever I tipped less then 10% and wrote a note on the receipt. If I go back, I will find out where he is working and ask to sit somewhere else.
The service was terrible. The chicken strips were over done also finger steaks. The tater tots were over done too. Staff was more interested in talk to people to long. And staff was drinking when they should have been working. We waited 15 minutes before we were approached.
I have eaten here many times and have had good food. I go in and sit at the bar, the bar tender is talking and showing pictures and ignoring me, another bartender saw me and helped me, she was good. I ordered a black and blue cheeseburger and the bun was so dry it fell apart and the meet was dry and the bacon was like jerky, i went there because i was craving a great cheeseburger and i was upset that i had a horrible meal, i will never eat a cheeseburger there again. I definitely will not go out of my way to eat there.
Fast and friendly service, good prices and some good comfort food! I recommend the Reuben or the chopped salad with buffalo sauce.
Tater tots were great. Finger steaks not so much. Lots of chewy pieces. Dont think they were made fresh. Seemed like frozen finger steaks. Did not enjoy them.
I’ve been visiting Rudy’s for the last four years and never been treated so poorly like last night. The sign clearly states they are open until 10pm. My team and I of 20 people showed up ready to have a small night cap and spend our hard earned money with a locally owned business. Unfortunately they refused to serve us because they decided to close early yet they had multiple tables with customers. I was very frustrated with the staff that they would turn away people willing to spend money with them. We went to the establishment right behind them and they were more than happy to accommodate us. The most frustrating part was when my team and I were walking back to our vehicles that we left in the Rudy’s parking lot - the Rudy’s staff had two tables left inside and the staff was sitting with them. So I guess unless you know the staff you can’t enjoy their establishment a half hour before close but can stay late when you are their friends. This kind of customer service is what gets doors closed @ small businesses across the country. - I’ll never spend another dime here.
Fun place to watch football
Great food and atmosphere. Server was busting her butt with so many tables and was always on top of asking us how things were and if we needed anything.
My Son and I went here for dinner after seeing a movie. We chose it based off it being right around the corner from our house and having great experiences at the overland location in the past. Food was great but service was terrible. To top it off, my son needed to use the restroom and we came back to our table being completely cleared off. All of our food that we were going to take home (my sons entire plate that he barely touched) and half my food and beer were just thrown away even though we hadn't even paid for our meal and had take home containers on our table. Server wasn't much help with the situation and no discount for my son and I's food/ drinks being thrown away was even offered. It was almost like they though I dined and dashed with my 6 yr old son which was even more frustrating. We will not be coming back again!
Disappointed. Service was slow, but staff were friendly. Ordered a Bleu burger and tots. Bun was very dry and crumbly and tots were overcooked. The place felt dirty and the floor was filthy. won't go again.
