Really great place all around from the staff to the drinks!
I love Royal Coffee! The staff is friendly and helpful and all their pastries and drinks are yummy! I meet my real estate clients here and they are always impressed! Well done :)
The coffee was horrible; my drip coffee was extremely watery and my boyfriend's was watery and burnt. To top it off, I approached the counter (where they had NO customers) to ask them if a tall guy (my boyfriend) had been there since we lost each other, and the barista interrupted me to say "I wouldn't know" in an extremely rude voice. They should really get a coffee shop worth the money in such a busy place.
I came here during the summer time and it is probably one of the best coffee shop services I have ever been to. The blonde girl who took our order was super nice and friendly and even re made our order for free after having allergy problems to the first order. Would definitely recommend this coffee shop I enjoyed my energy drink for myself but super good coffee too. Great location and service. 10/10
Went here Hopi g it would be better then the Starbucks and Black Rock coffee in the area, but It wasn’t. A simple request that is paid for to add soy foam can’t be done. Asked the barista if it had the foam, looked at it after I left and there was nothing there but coffee filled to the top and what looked like maybe a little bit of melted foam. The oat milk cappuccino barely had any foam as well. The 5 star reviews on here are just for sugary made drinks.
I've given this place 3 opportunities to make me a decent cup of coffee and I have been extremely disappointed all 3 times. I will not be giving them anymore of my money. I ordered a large, decaf, oatmilk white chocolate mocha and it tasted burnt and flavorless. Do not waste your money.
I love the combo of Mexican, Asian food and coffee all in one spot. I also love that the walls are windows so you can see outside wherever you are sitting. The fireplace is nice as well
Tasty drip coffee ! Very friendly staff! Fast service ! Nice atmosphere ! You can have a seat inside or outside ! It is recommended!
Very poor customer service. The WiFi does not work - the last several times I’ve come in it has not worked. The two girls working on 9/28/21 in the morning were unconcerned and completely brushed things off with “nothing we can do” and scoffed when I mentioned they might want to mention it to the manager to see if there is something they could do. They were also discussing a lot of negative personal things loudly for the 45 min I was there trying to get the WiFi to work. I won’t be back.
Always a good cup of coffee. We come here 2-3 times per week and the service is always good.
