This was my 1st time i had great service there. So i asked what was good. It was hard to decide between the chicken the sweet and sour pork of the beef. The guy asked me how hungry i was said i decided on the beef. So i thought i was paying the $6.50 but the total was totally different feom the price. Not knowing there was another order with rice and other things that came with it. The total came out to be $15.90. When i open up my meal i was so surprised to find kimche. I was so amazed that i went back and praised the cooks and the staff.
Grace has been the best server I’ve ever had at the restaurants at the village. She was super interactive with me and explained my options with the menu. However she did tell me the noodles weren’t homemade so she broke my heart but made up for it with fantastic food- definitely will be coming back on Wednesdays.
What I enjoy most about this place is it’s the same every single time. I eat here about 3 times a week. They’re clean, the food is fresh and they’re always nice and upbeat. You can watch them cut the chicken and veggies while they’re making your food. Give them a try and order the Brandon special. You won’t be disappointed
I have been in a couple of times over the last couple of months and have been unimpressed with the customer service. The girl usually at the register doesn’t even acknowledge you when you’ve been standing there for awhile. She also seems to be counting her till when there’s still plenty of time until closing and seems annoyed that you’re interrupting her. The guy that is cooking is friendlier and has come up once to get my order when she hadn’t acknowledged I was there. The food is decent and it’s a shame that the customer service isn’t better because I think you could lose business over it.
only had one vegan option (the yellow curry) but it was so good that i will give them 5 stars anyways. WOW, wasn’t expecting anything amazing from this under the radar spot but it was very good!
The food is good but the boys that work here are super rude. I paid cash. Before I could get out the change the cashier yelled out the amount owed again. As if paying with cash was a bother to him and took too long. . I don't like being yelled at when supporting small business.
Fair experience! I had rice with chicken that was ok . Very friendly staff! Nice atmosphere in the village at the meridian and nice location .
So excited about Rice Works coming to the Village and the first few visits were incredible! But as each time went by the service has steadily gone down, while the price has continued to go up. Today my order was incorrect and it will be last meal here for a while, which is sad considering all that we had to go through to get including terrible parking and traffic.
We had Rice Works cater an event where we wanted to pamper our hard-working counselors. They came through in a big way! Their portions were big and the food was delicious. Communication was awesome which made everything run super smoothly. They delivered, set everything up, and remembered even the littlest details. Everyone raved about the food and we can’t wait to use them for our next event! Thank you Phu & crew!!
The sweet and sour chicken is my favorite! The staff are also very lovely. Highly recommend visiting while at The Village. :)
