The food and service was excellent, but I was disgusted with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The ledge by our table had at least a quarter inch of dust built up which had to have been there for quite some time. The floor was littered in trash and old food. It was obvious that no one had cleaned in months; if the dining area was this dirty, I am scared to see the kitchen.
Clean restaurant and professional staff. The waiters and waitresses here are very on point and do a great job. The food always comes out correct and cooked to order. The Donato's GF Pepperoni Pizza is great!!! They also have a large selection of other gluten-free items. Red Robin uses protocols for how to handle Gluten allergies and it shows. I would definitely recommend this location of Red Robin. Yum!
This RR has survived the pandemic well. Great staff, a kitchen that turns out good food promptly. Of course it costs a bit more but they still have a number of all you can eat options. ?
I used to love Red Robin... but it has changed too much for me. The food isn't quite the same and the service is not what it used to be. I had to ask 4 times for fries and dipping sauce... and it still never came. I had to go to the manager and then we finally got some. No attempt to apologize or offer to pay for a drink or anything for the problem.
Great experience! Catered wonderfully to our allergy needs! Were very sensitive to our celiac disease and went over and beyond to make it safe for us.. so appreciate the caution they took! First restaurant my son has been able to go to for the last 3 years; made his day! I realize not all red robins may be as cautious but the one in meridian on eagle was terrific!
They are going downhill pretty fast. Quality is not the same and the prices are higher. Always out of cheese sticks and since they took so many other things off the menu and added the gross pizza, there isn't really much else I like there. Service is always slow. I understand they may be understaffed but management should help more or they should pay more. They are also serving salads in plastic containers and out of spoons now which seemed like a sign that they are barely staying afloat.
Red Robin isn't my first place to go, but man did they make it worth it. Not with the food, but with the hospitality and the way they carried themselves. We had a waitress that literally took off the price of my chicken salad all because I said that it was a little over cooked. $13 just off the price of the bill. Like who does that? I'll tell you what, I loved that idea. I mean I still ate the food, but she was insistent. How could I say no? Lol I really enjoyed my time here.
Service was great. We ordered online and they listened to all of my family’s special requests. The impossible burger was delicious, and they provided us with a lot of sauce. Definitely exceeded my expectations.
Red Robin has great food but they got rid of the Caesar Wrap. That was the main reason for going there. I was pretty bummed. I ordered the Chicken strips instead and they're really good. Prices are high like any other place. I would give them five ⭐ stars if they had my wrap. Oh, the waitress was amazing! Never in my life have I met a waitress as friendly and on top of things like this girl. I wish I could remember her name.
Our server was friendly, but the wait was a bit long. Food needed a bit of improvement.This is our neighborhood red robin. Front staff need a bit more customer service friendliness.Ambiance was decent. They also provided a baby sling which was very convenient and helpful.
