Come here if you want frozen food. The burger patty taste exactly like those discount frozen ones you buy at the grocery store that are freezer burnt and salty. Sweet potato fries also frozen. You can bake frozen ones at home that taste better. Wife ordered a blackened chicken salad. Barely chopped the ice burger lettuce and drenched it in sauce. Chicken tasted rubbery and way too salty. I highly recommend not eating here. Only gets an extra star because the wait staff and host were very nice and helpful.
No matter what you're in the mood for, this place will not disapoint. I had their chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun, let me tell you, ? I wish I could have enjoyed it longer, and I had never had a jalapeño margaritta before! I would have one again. I enjoyed the atmosphere and no wait!
Short wait to be seated from friendly staff only to sit for 20min to meet our server who was too busy chatting with other tables and coworkers.. food was average but one meal was cold and the other- hamburger, was soggy. Server never came back to our table. Spoke with manager and server laughed and was disrespectful.Food- 1 and service does not deserve a score.Serve
The Ram is a mixed bag. I love and hate it. Food: Amazing burgers and fires. They used to have killer chips but that is gone. I give the food a solid 4 stars.Service has always been lacking and still is. You can go unnoticed for a long time and they forget to get you a menu or even water.The cocktails are, [email protected]$. Just order a beer.So there you go, grab a burger and a beer and be prepared for slow service.
What happened to wait staff pulling their hair back? We went tonight and a male waitstaff, kept running his hands thru his hair over the silverware bin. Then proceeded to wipe his mouth with his hands, before grabbing silverware to take to a table. I wanted to barf. Thank god he wasn’t my waiter. Couldn’t figure out who the manager was or I would have said something. Too many young employees standing around while our food sat their and got cold. We used to love this place, but not sure I can go back.
1st time visiting this restaurant and I gotta say very tasty food. I would definitely love to come again.
I can honestly say the food was NOT a hit. I ordered the chicken bowl and it came with no chicken, undercooked rice, soggy beans and slaw, and some goop on top. The flavor and texture were completely off, let alone the dish was pretty cold. My friend ordered the tacos which were decent but again, rice was hard and undercooked.. not edible. The server was pretty sparse and was not giving any sort of decent service. I sent the chicken bowl back since there was no chicken and ate the sweet potato fries off my boys plate. Our waters were empty after our appetizers and we didn’t get new ones until all our food was already gone and we requested them as she bussed our dishes. I then watched the waitress grab the glasses by the rim and the inside of the cup at the servers station after bussing another table. Won’t be back.
Five Stars primarily for our AWESOME server: Bridget. She was amazing!! Super friendly with a warm welcome that lasted the entire time. My sister brought her young-ish kids but that didn't phase Bridget. She engaged with us and the kids every time she came to our table which was very often. The barbacoa nachos were not super delicious (a bit dry) but the pretzel with cheese dip was pretty darn good. It was also nice to see the Manager walking around and taking care of business during our visit. He was friendly as well. So FIVE STARS for Bridget and the Ram!!
Love their Monday night Happy Hour menu. Well attended, great specials and not very noisy while watching football. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Look forward to our time there on Mondays.
It’s been a while since I have been to the Ram. It was such a disappointing experience tonight for our party of 6. Restaurant wasn’t busy, however it took an unusual amount of time to receive our appetizer and then our main meals. My tacos had meat that was obviously sitting for an extended period of time - top of meat was dried out & not hot. Three different burgers were ordered and none of them were remotely good. Our kids meal: chicken nuggets, were too hard to eat. Our server didn’t check in with us to see how our meals were. In fact, we had to ask another server to grab our server.I don’t feel the need to go back again.
