We will not be coming back. I had to play the guessing game with the employees on what menu selections they had available. (Note: we arrived at 6 p.m., not late into dinner service.) I'm sorry we don't have sausage, I'm sorry we don't have kids meals, I'm sorry we don't have wings, I'm sorry we don't have smoke turkey. (Note: the kids meals and wings were posted on the menu board as unavailable.)Then when I asked what they do have I got a snarky remark that I better hurry because they were almost out of ribs. The food was served promptly, but it was very forgettable. Not worth my time or money.
We have visited R&R BBQ a few times. The pulled pork is consistently good, and the fries are THE BEST. Thanks!
The service was good and very friendly. Popular for families with young children judging from how many were there. My husband was pleased with the pulled pork and pineapple sandwich. I had the pulled pork tacos, which I don't recommend. Leave the tacos to the Mexican restaurants.

The ribs are excellent, The smoked turkey salad is as well. Portions were generous. Fries were great. Mac and cheese was tasty but very dry. Our only complaint is the app. It should come with a video tutorial. Very confusing. And it offered me 6 free wings with my order. So we added them but when we arrived the employee stated they had no wings and he doesn't know why the app offered that. Being we figured these into being part of the meal, that left us a bit short. He didn't even offer an alternative item. I know everyone is short staffed and the supply issues going on, but it seems that would be a simple feature for the programmers to put on the app so the manager could turn off that offer when supplies are too low to fill the order. We will try this place again, but more cautiously with the special offers.
Spectacular quick meal for any meat lover. I love the Caveman Hamburger. They know their customers needs as is shown by the large wash up station. And trust me If you eat like I do and love your barbecue sauce you are going to need it. I have had better barbecue but not at a quick dining place like this.
UPDATE 2/15/22:My husband retried R&R that had catered for a work event. He said it definitely didn't get any better. Would not recommend.1. The sign on the door states masks required, but the gal at the register never wore one. All the other staff wore them under their noses while prepping food.?2. Every. Single. Table. Was dirty. They all had numbers on them and the place was empty. It wasn't until an employee brought our food that she started cleaning the tables and removing the numbers and placing sanitized signs on them. WE WERE EATING AT A DIRTY TABLE.3. Food was mediocre. The salad dressing was in a tub and it was all separated. ? The pork in the pork tacos was dry and looked like it had been reheated. The brisket was burnt AND cold.We definitely try to give places a fair chance but I can't see us coming back. I rarely give poor reviews but 4 out of 4 in our party were very unsatisfied with our meals. Hard pass.

Sorry, the picture is dark. However, their food is delicious. Their meat is so tender, and falls apart easily. Super amazing service, with the friendliness employees. We enjoy going in there because they’re always so nice, plus the delicious food!
