Would not recommend; I ordered my pizza at 11:25PM tonight (Friday- They are open until midnight) and never received my order nor an update on it. When I realized how late it was and how long I had been waiting for my order, I tried to call the store at 12:35AM (35 minutes after I was quoted to have had my order delivered) and was hung up on twice before someone finally picked up after me calling a third time, and yelled "we are closed in my ear" without allowing me to speak a single word, and then hung up. Good thing I opted the "cash" button instead of paying with my card online, otherwise I would be out of $20. BEYOND unprofessional.
My online order was not delivered because it was not within there delivery range, the website didn’t mention anything and the store failed to call me to let me know it was out of there delivery range. I waited for an hour before calling them just to be told I will have to go pick up my order. The pizza wasn’t worth the trip next time I will go to Idaho pizza better quality and better service.
$74 order and we can’t even get a little Parmesan cheese they try to sell it to us? That’s ridiculous. Wish I had known that before I paid and picked it up I would have canceled and went elsewhere. Good bye Pizza Hut, that’s the last dollar you get from me. I will go elsewhere. The place up the road is closer to me anyways. Hope the pennies you saved on parmesan cheese. Makes up for loosing a customer forever. Only reason you got 2 stars and not 1 is because the lady up front was very nice and friendly. Maybe you can give her a raise from all that cheese money you are saving.
Perfect experience. A kind young lady doing a lot of work making the pizzas, came right out to hand me the pizza we had ordered, and it was perfect just as we has ordered. We'll definitely be back!
We were not happy today when we got there and was told dinning room was closed and would open at 2pm. I love there pizza and service but they let us walk out rather than let us eat. It was 11 am and nobody there. The last time we went the dinning room was closed to but the gal said we could go ahead and eat. We told her we would bring our plates and stuff to the counter when we were done and we did.. I would think with everyone being closed for so long they would want customers.Linda meridian idaho
I believe the delivery driver was Amy. I placed the order 2 hours early and she was A. Early and the pizza was right out of the oven, B. I asked her to play the Terminiator theme. What I ment was knock on the door like the theme. She went above and beyond and had it playing on her phone as I opened the door. (AMAZING)! And C. She was wearing the proper Covid "attire", very polite and courteous, and the best pizza delivery I have ever experienced. Thank you Amy for making my night and best wishes to you, your family, and Pizza Hut. Take care.

This will change when I can call the store and get the SAME DEALS I can get on the app (coincidentally I called the store less than 5 minutes ago and your employee told me the deal for a specialty pizza and a 2liter wasn't valid in store despite having made the order for the deal over the phone before the only difference is I would be paying with my card over the phone instead of with cash ) or until the app allows you all of the topping options when ordering a specialty pizza so we can actually replace the toppings you can't or don't eat
Our driver. He is an older gentleman who always has treats for our dogs! So nice!
I rarely order from you guys. I ordered for my grand kids and was very surprised on how good it was.
