Surprisingly very tasty. I hadn't been to Pita Pit for several years but when I received a coupon in the mail a few of us decided to give it a shot before going to the movies down the street.It was a fairly young staff, but they gave terrific service, which was refreshing.The regular pita was large enough to split with my wife. They obliged custom orders and even wrapped both halfs individually for us.We will definitely return there.
They overcharged for 2 hummus wraps. Paid $30 for 1 regular wrap and 2 hummus veggies. I asked for more avocado and he told me no. He put a tiny smear of avocado in my daughter's wrap even though I paid an extra dollar for avocado. All she had in there were olives, tomato, spinach, and a smear of avocado for $10. He could have at least said he would need to charge me more, but instead just said "no I can't." Very bad customer service. Also you don't charge an extra dollar for each Hummus wrap when Hummus is in the name. Been going to pita for 18 years and never had such bad service
Pretty standard pita pit experience; friendly staff, lots of options, moderately busy, not as clean as it should be, and more expensive than you think.
The smooties are pretty good if they have them in. But this time I ordered one left for 5 min came back. Not done. Left to get better parking 5 min still not done. They asked to take my order again and I informed them I already ordered and am still waiting. Apparently they forgot about me and realized that. Everyone in front of my order and many behind mine were a priority. Usually takes 3 min. Now takes 20.
I'm a gyro connesuer and will say this is my favorite anywhere around here! So so good! Service was great and the food is delicious!
Visited at 12:00 today (Friday the 28th) during a busy lunch hour to place three orders. The service was great from the minute I walked through the door. The staff was friendly and fast. My food was done so quickly yet they still apologized for the wait. Our food tasted great too!
We sure miss our local pita pit, so when we come to the Boise area, it’s a must. Great food, friendly service.
I don't really like their food. Eaten here a few times and it's always been not very appealing. Or appetizing.
We love Pita Pit and we were happy to see there is at least one in Idaho. The Meridian location is not clean. It needs some TLC. The bathroom, especially the sink was gross. The soda fountain needed to be cleaned. Sadly we won’t be back due to the lack of cleanliness.
