Some times when you’re having company it’s nice to have take and bake, but 25 minutes to throw a pizza together with online order is a bit lengthy when they aren’t busy. Was surprised to wait after ordering well in advance of arrival >20min
I have ordered pizza here before and the pizza was great. However, my son went in to apply for a job and the manager hired him on the spot. He was told to come in on Wednesday to sign paperwork with the manager and he was in a meeting and told him to come back Friday. So he did and was told the manager was out of the store taking a nap. My son called several times after that to get paperwork done and be put on the schedule and they never called him back. Not cool to do to a 16 year old who just wants to work. It really hurt his feelings. Not impressed
Cowboy pizza was very yummy. I love how easy Papa Murphy's is. Needed to feed a crowd on a short notice and their pizza came in clutch.
Its a great in and out with no hassle the staff are friendly but are focused on their work which has no complaints from me id rather have that then someone chit-chating with me when they dont want to. I go here a lot a lot one point I was hitting multiple multiple times a week never had a messup besides the barley occasional oven bubbling but im lazy and I don't watch my food cook so who's really at fault ?
Absolutely horrible customer service. They have a sign up saying other pizza is on sale for a certain price. I asked the girl working to honor the price And she tells me that she cannot do that. I explain to her that if you have the sign up you should honor it as part of good customer service and she refused to do so so I told her I would talk to the manager the next day which is today and I called him and explained it to him and he said the sign is no longer up. Explain to him that I have a picture of the sign and what happened yesterday and Asked if he would please honor the price and he said no because the signs are longer up. Horrible customer service and horrible management maybe they need to get somebody a little older than I was the ins and outs about taking care of the public.
This used to be my favorite papa murphys. We used to order once every few weeks until they messed up my order every time. We ordered again after like 6 months and they still messed up my order. I placed the order online, it said est time 30 minutes so I gave it an hour and when we went for pick up, it wasn't even made. There were like 8 tickets unworked and everyone was in the back. This is the experience I've been having since any 6 months ago. Idk what happened but this location is terrible. Zero effort involved in making the pizza, there is never any sauce on it. It's like a toddler made my pizza. I'm never ordering here again.

I did an online order for my boyfriend to go pickup. I ordered a sprite with the pizza. I told my boyfriend to grab it. He forgot cuz it was a long day at work. I called and asked if they can just do a refund on my card cuz this location was 20 miles away. But the closest one to us. The association said he couldn’t but he would give my information to his manager and he should call me tomorrow. He never called. So I called. And he said yes I got your information on my desk. Ok great you couldn’t take 2 min of your day to call. Then he proceeds to tell me that he couldn’t refund me. It was a corporate thing. He didn’t apologize or help me in any way. I hope this location closes. All the employees were lazy my boyfriend said and rude.

Ordered pizza online, it was to be ready at 6:16, showed up at 6:18; they had started making it yet. They finished the pizza, it was the most homely looking pizza I have ever received, minimal toppings and I paid for additional. An absolute disappointment, called to talk to the manager, who wasn't in, so I decided to share my experience and do a review.
