Second chance, second screw up. Wrong topping, soggy pizza. Had to wait an hour and 15 min for delivery of the correct pizza. Live and Learn I guess. Never again from this joint. No gloves used in the preparation of the pizzas either. The reviews don’t lie.
Ordered pizza at 8:50 said 24-34 min. Arrived at 930 pizza was not even started. No explanation just we’re not doing very good tonight. 5 people in the building 3 just standing around.
My order was delivered quickly and the driver was so nice! The food was also delicious. I'll definitely be ordering again!

This is a five star review for one reason only, outstanding customer service. Ordered delivery the other night, the not so user friendly online ordering system quoted an hour. It took much, much longer. Safe to say I was not impressed. Upon contacting customer support the issue was resolved with ease. I appreciate the GM reaching out!!
We found 2 long hairs amoung our order tonight.. one in the cinnamon pull aparts and one in out chicken poppers. So disappointed.
After trying several pizza places, I went to papa John's. I have not eaten a pizza from this place in 12 years. I was pleasantly surprised. Pizza was great, service was good.
I had an Italian Papadia. It was reasonable fare for corporate food. Under $10 for that, which is nice. I had it with the spicy garlic dip, pretty good.
Some blonde girl that works there looked at my mom and ignored her then looked back and said “someone will help you I’m not on the clock anymore” yeah ok then why are you still in the kitchen gossiping like you’re working?
We ordered pizza in October and it was left at the door without a knock and we found it about 20 minutes later. Cold. We called and the manager told us they’d comp us two free pizzas on our next order. We wanted to get those pizzas this evening, but we were told that there was no record made of our comped pizzas and they wouldn’t honor the promise. Not great customer service, guys.
