My son loves Panda (only reason we keep coming here) but every time we come here there is something wrong with our order or the food. Tonight wad no different. We ordered 2 orders of the cream cheese Rangoons and 3 of them had no filling, 2 of which looked pretty much like chips. I wonder if the Management at this store just simply does not care about the quality standards of this store anymore.
This place is such a joke. Ordered Terriyaki chicken. No teriyaki sauce even though I request it every time, on the side. Never put it in. Asked for soy sauce, no soy sauce...ever How hard is it to follow a simple task of putting teriyaki and soy sauce in the bag??? Worst panda express in idaho!
I came at 9:20 knowing they close at 10 and found out they dont cook any food after 8:30. We were told they had some food left proceeded to ordered and were constantly told it was running out. After 2 plates we were only offered springs rolls for the rest of our party. I work in the food business and this level of disrespect of the employee when we were asking why they dont cook more and the fact that they arent giving full service while they are open. I will not be going back to this location, i was giving disrespectful response and about half my order. I was very disappointed.
Went threw the drive thru today to get some food. I order my food and they tell me that they are all out of the orange chicken. What panda express runs out chicken? Don't know if they planned on making more or what but they didn't offer a wait time or anything. Very disappointed.
If only the team cared about anything besides speed of service. The girl rushed me through the order on drive thru and was extremely rude. When I got to the window I wanted to add a medium drink since she cut me off and I wasn’t able to order at the speaker. Employee said “we actually don’t add things on at the window” and slammed the window on us. Yikes. Can’t add a drink when you’re standing 1 foot from the drink machine? Not like we were adding a meal it’s a drink lol. Train your crew on friendliness and pretty much everything besides speed of service, they’ve got that part down by being rude and not putting everything you ordered in your bag??
What can you say it’s Panda Express….but sometimes it just hits the spot! Restaurant is clean…the line moves quickly and the staff is attentive.
Oh my gosh! Talk about a Panda Express that never gets your order wrong! Been coming here for 2 years and I absolutely love the service! The staff is super friendly and the food is always on par! The drive-through line can get pretty long but the walk in line is typically pretty short.
The portions have become way smaller and the prices went up, to top it off, their sweet and sour sauce in cups is gone and all they can give you is 2 small packets of sour sauce that tastes weird
So it’s 6 o’clock on a Monday night and once again this location is out of steamed rice. It’s mind boggling . I can make steam rice in my kitchen in just about five minutes apparently it takes panda express hours and hours to make steam rice and if they’re out of steam rice at 6 PM I’m no Albert Einstein, but clearly customers are wanting steamed rice, you would think this location would make more of it so that they weren’t losing customers .
By far the worst Panda experience I’ve had across the valley. I normally don’t write reviews unless it’s exceptionally bad or very good. I’ve been to this location around 7 times since we moved closer to this one Panda. This location continually gets my order wrong, tends to give very small portions and makes me feel bad for coming 45 minutes before closing (has happened a few different times when they let me know they were “closing soon” and that’s why they were out of certain items).This last time I ordered my wife fried rice and two entrees. They gave me very very small portions of both entrees making it look like it was a one entree and then gave us extra white rice instead of fried rice. The person taking my order initially didn’t acknowledge me at the speaker box until they finished with the other order. I could tell since my order only took seconds and when I went around the corner the other customer in front of me was gone. This has happened multiple times and this was by far the worst experience out of all of them. This will be the last time I go to the Ten Mile location. $10.49 for a bunch of rice and broccoli with a very small amount of meat. The person at the window was very nice and fast but that’s about the only highlight. If the manager ends up reading this review my experience has always been in the evening around 6-8pm and through the drive through.
