Great food great stuff. Only downside is this location does not have a drive-thru. The food is so good though I would come here anyways.
The last couple times the noodles have been extremely dry like they've been sitting there an extremely long time.
I dont know if it was bad timing but I came in the food tasted the worst I've had at any panda and some of the drinks tasted like I was drinking straight carbonated water as well as the only one that had a lever for the drink machine gets stuck and keeps pouring
I love panda but I'm allergic to walnuts and they pit it in my food and I never ordered anything with walnuts with panda
On may 31 11:50 i had the best customer service experience I have ever received. I went in during the lunch rush and they were waiting on teriyaki chicken and I knew this. It took an oddly longer time to cook. But the manager came over offered a spring roll and made sure I knew they were still waiting. They conpensated me above and beyond what they had to during the wait. If your looking for great customer service go here! Everyone on the front end was kind and considerate.
We need more noodles in the chow mein, 2/3's of my serving of chow mein was cabbage and onions. So disappointing ?
People please do not order from this place. My mother ordered some broccoli and it had earwigs in it. Someone needs to do a dang inspection over there.
Good food, the crew usually looks stressed, but generally very friendly, mostly helpful
It's panda, nuff said. Would have ranked higher but saw an employee openly handling the vegetables without gloves. Not sure if that's company policy or what, but gross.
This place is slow and lazy. With to go orders they don't even start making until you arrive. Rude customer service.
