Tried the spaghetti and meatballs and also the Wisconsin Mac and cheese. Both were very good. My wife had the zucchini pasta with pesto and chicken and also the gluten free Mac and cheese. She really liked both and with having to eat eat gluten free it was a great option for her. My kids also loved the kids meals. They are everything on their plate.
The service here isn’t the best. Can to pick up an online order, they handed me a bag. Had to ask for our drink cups. Went to fill them up and a worker stood behind us waiting, made us feel rushed. Asked for extra sauce for the pasta and didn’t receive it, and the cheesy garlic bread was cold considering we ate it just a few minutes after ordering.
Any restaurant that makes you order online instead of having an actual person to take an order is down right ridiculous. Why on earth would you not have a person to take orders for the lunch hour? Why would your doors be open if you only could take online orders? You should not have a person who says we are only taking online orders when that same person could be taking orders. At the very least the owner of this business should purchase some kind of kiosk so that customers can order in person without having to use the online website on our phones to order.
Dont even waste your time or money coming here. The food we waited 15 minutes for was cold by the time we sat down to eat it in there storefront.. the "cheesy garlic bread" was cold cheese dried up on cold bread i asked for my money back it was gross and flavorless. Also, i ordered the wisconin mac and cheese plain and there were pieces of other food in mine.. this location really failed ya noodles.
I absolutely love the zucchini orange chicken dish. The over the phone automated ordering is So easy I was impressed.I will say the meatballs are not what they should be. Taste like a frozen store bought meatball. Would be Awesome if they were homemade. The spaghetti also needed more sauce. All in all I will definitely be back. Excited to try the other unique dishes. Staff was very pleasant and quick.
I was torn between the ol reliable Wisconsin mac and cheese or branching out and trying the Penne scampi shrimp. Jason, who I believe is the manager, was a friendly fellow. He told me if I didn’t like the shrimp scampi he will make me the Mac and cheese free of charge. But if I like the shrimp scampi then I needed to write a review. Well here I am. The shrimp scampi was great. I’m glad I got it. Staff was friendly too. I highly recommend this noodles and co to anyone.
I usually don't have too much of a problem here, but this time was just bad. I ordered delivery and got the Penne Rosa with extra shrimp, and while I did get the extra shrimp, I basically got cooked pasta in tomato water. The only things that had any semblance of flavor were the tomatoes and parmesan, and that was just their natural flavor. Everything else was so horribly bland and there was basically no sauce whatsoever. My 'sauce' was just whatever little tomato managed to get on the pasta, and the steam that accumulated after being closed up in the container. I also ordered their potstickers that were very underdone, but I guess I can just fry those up to make them actually crispy. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because they did double my shrimp and remembered to remove the mushrooms. But other than that, I was very disappointed.
Why do the workers not wear gloves at this location? I watched 2 workers sitting at the dining tables on their phones while coloring (yes, coloring) and then walk to the back to make our meal without washing or putting on gloves. We used to eat here all the time and I've always been bothered by the fact that they are not wearing gloves, but after watching the employees' cell phone germs transfer right on to my family's food, I've decided it's just not worth it to come to this location anymore.Two times, I've gotten sick after eating at this location but at the time didn't put the connection together, just figured I was sick with a bug. I'm now convinced I got sick from eating here due to uncleanliness of the employees as there seems to be no sanitation rules followed.
Pros: Clean, staff wore masks, tho dining in, food & plastic ware is served in a paper bag to your table, diff. but covid safe.Cons: Menu has been down sized, Food portion is smaller than yrs past.Still tasty, just not overwhelming.
I really like this place. They are all working super hard. To go orders, online and in person. The front cashier with the pink hair is so polite and handles a lot being up front. They all work super hard. Everyone should be a bit more understanding and get their priorities in order.
