I ordered 2 cheeseburgers add Mac sauce. Not two smashed burgers with Mac sauce… literally fist prints in my burger.
This location is absolutely ? the best McDs we've been to. And we go semi often with our grand kids. It was an unexpected surprise for me because I'm not a huge fan. I'd definitely go here again. Fast, friendly, fresh, and shade to park in.
Mc Donald's is just that Mc Donald's. Not quality getting a little pricey but when your kiddo is home sick from school and your trying to work grabbing a happy meal is just easier.
A bunch of monkeys run this place. Ive ordered a PLAIN chicken sandwhich twice now and they cant seem to even get that correct. It really sucks not being able to eat your dinner after working a 12+ hour shift because you have an allergy and people cant get the most simple of an order right. ?
Stopped by on lunch hour and told the lady on the speaker I couldn’t see the fish fillet meal. She asked if that was all I wanted and I said no I would like a med. sweet tea. And a Oreo McFlurry. I went to pay and the young man said non sweet ice tea and I said no a sweet tea. He pushed some buttons and I proceeded to the window. The young man handed me a non sweet tea and I told him it was supposed to be sweet. He corrected the drink and handed me the fillet and no fries. I said I order the meal. Then a lady pushed him out of the way and told me I only ordered the sandwich. Tim handed me my drink and she rudely asked him to move and was awful to him! She asked if I wanted the meal and I said no! I was appalled at how she treated this young man. I left and called the manager and he said “uh-huh ok. Ummm I’m sorry?”I won’t return to Cherry Lane McDonald’s again! TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT!!!!!
Had very suspicious looking people handling food that I paid for and someone else ate it. The only good thing is that they survived the meal.

just had the best experience at Mcdonald’s... Juan you’re the realest. If i were to turn your name into an acronym it would be J for Justice, U for underestimated, A for amazing, and N for nobility. Will be coming back but only for Juan.

Same consistent good food I expected to find at many McDonald's. The people there were nice. The blonde high school kid was very polite in the drive thru. We we asked to pull forward while they finished our meals. I went in for some extra napkins. I noticed there was a irritate and irrationally customer complaining because they got a pickle ? on their sandwich. They handled the jerk very well. Come on people swearing at high school kids over an "discusting pickle".
