I'm only leaving this review out of pure astonishment to the consistency of this location. I have avoided coming to this location as much as possible for at least the past six months. I have waited up to 25 minutes in the drive through and been given the wrong order more times than not. I swear I'm not exaggerating when I say this but I would say it's a safe assessment to claim that they have passed the 50% threshold of giving me an order that is completely wrong or missing items. Against my better judgement, I stopped by on my way to work this morning. Ordered a sausage mcmuffin and a hash brown. I received two hash browns. Not a big deal being the employee was very friendly in that aspect. However, one could say it's a big deal in the sense that either it feels as if they may be running the worst store in the valley or they have kept their amazingly inaccurate order fulfillment running at an astoundingly high level for at least a solid two years.If you're a betting person, take a gamble. Pull up to the drive through with a friend and make a bet that the order will not be correct in one way or another ? Use those winnings to buy your food and if you use the app, you'll get reward points too! Potential win/win scenario if you play it right.
Love ordering a large drink but get a medium instead.Come on, guys. Fill the cup up. The dome should be the whipped cream and the drink should be just below the rim. But here, the whipped cream is below the rim.I've been drinking beverages my whole life. I consider myself a professional. But it looks like you all could use some more training. Dutch Bros can teach you; which is crazy cuz McDonald's have been around a lot longer than them.
Am a truck driver out of salt lake city and come here to do boise runs alot. Stay in la quinta when i do. I love chickin nuggits so i come here when im out and have found that this location makes them better than norm as well as their sandwiches. There orders is always correct, fast and good! This location is ideal for meeting up with your friends. We had two pickups each with a trailer and saw that there was another group with 4 motorcycles meeting together. Plenty of parking.I really only enjoy the sausage egg McMuffin with cheese sandwiches. (BoGo for a 1.00)

The food was hot which is rare for a McDonald’s, at least for me. My husband ordered some type of donut and when we were walking back to our hotel, an employee ran to catch up to us just to give us the donut we had forgotten. That was excellent customer service and I appreciate him for that. If you want good customer service and hot food, this McDonald’s location is the one to go to.
Love the new ordering system. I don't do fast food that much so it was all new to me. Gentleman at the counter was helpful, attentive, and informative. It was a joy getting such treatment at a McDonald's. I'm not used to that
I usually do the online app for best deals. I just pull up to the drive give them my code and it's ready fast. I don't recommend pulling into pickup spot. It usually takes much longer.
I’m one of those annoying customers that always changes my order a tad and these guys get my order right every time. I appreciate the effort they put in to meet a good standard of food prep. Keep up the good work ??
