Their food is always so delicious which is why I go there a lot. I just wish they would get the order correct. They seem to mess up 3 to 4 times out of every 5 visits. Whether it's forgetting an item or giving us the wrong food. Sadly it's pretty consistent. I still love their food...just wish they'd double check peoples orders because it's always printed correctly on the receipt.
Horrible! Went to the drive thru 5:45 pm Wednesday waited 20 minutes….ok I understand staffing and time of day.Ordered four burritos. Paid $40 dollars as we added sour cream. Drove home 20 minutes away. Open the bag found two tacos and a burrito. Didn’t even get the fourth item.Called the restaurant and politely told them that we waited at the drive-through and got home and had a wrong order one burritos, two tacos. She yelled at me there were three tacos and a burrito I said we ordered four burritos, she hung up on me. Called back wouldn’t answer, call back on another phone wouldn’t answer, call back on another phone wouldn’t answer called another restaurant no answer. This place is an absolute joke, do yourself a favor and go to any other fast food Mexican restaurant in fact, Del taco is right next-door you can get 40 tacos for the price of what I got. Horrible!
Uber Eats, Doordash, and their outside menu list their Idaho burrito and their Country Burritos as being $6.99, however upon paying they charge you $9 per burrito. When it was brought to their attention that they are overcharging and not matching the prices advertised they said that they're just waiting on the signs to be put up and that it's common knowledge that all the prices are going up on everything. I told them they can't charge what they're not advertising and she acted like she didn't care, so I drove off. It's dishonest and a poor business practice. I will not be back to this location. Also their Lobby is still not open due to fear of covid...
The lobby is still closed due to COVID. They don't give napkins at the drive through, which is so annoying to me. I asked for a burrito without cheese, it was labeled as "no cheese," which is great, but the burrito had cheese. ? I would have taken my 20% tip away as I came back for napkins but they took it out of the container already. The sausage breakfast burrito with cheese was okay.

I'm gonna have to give up on this location. They keep giving us RAW FRIES in our food!! I mean do you really think thats not noticeable? They feel/look like they were fried for about 30 seconds rather than the usual 4 minutes or so. It has happened about every other time we've eaten there (just moved into meridian and eaten there maybe a dozen times)
Great food should never come at the price of terrible customer service. When I tried to do a DoorDash delivery for a customer the lady asked if I had number seven and I said no it’s for Kevin and so I went to the window so she could hear me clearly. She said you have to pull around to place your order and I said I can just tell you right here in person? She said no and said I was a poor parent for how rude I was acting. So I went around and then she said I refuse the right to refuse service to anyone.
My order is usually correct. I love the beef tacos and the rolled tacos. It comes out hot and fresh and tastes great. I really wish they could get my sauces right though. Almost every time I go I ask for extra red salsa (it’s soooooo good) and I end up with extra green or no salsa at all.
More of a 4 star rating but gave 5 due to the lack of good Mexican restaurants in the area. We’re originally from San Diego and this is so far the closest we’ll get to the food back home. They never give utensils or napkins and there’s usually always a long wait for drive thru since they don’t have indoor dining. Portions are huge and salsa is on point.
Love their chorizo breakfast burritos and Carne asada, delicious horchata as well. Good food for good price. Drive through is always packed, but it's still fast service. My go to burrito place in boise area.
