Went to Krispy Kreme tonight. Got in the drive through line at 8:58pm and was told that they were closed however, the website says that inside closes at 9pm and drive through at 10pm. What the hell? At least you could have helped me and the car in front of me that got in line and not just turn us away. Not sure I will come back.
Delicious smells and very friendly staff made for a pleasant experience! Ask for the fresh donuts off the line they are amazing.
Received a deal in my app...half price dozen glazed donuts...Thursday nights between 6 and 10. Got there last night at 9:50. No one answered the drive thru, pulled up to the drive thru window...teenage boy walked over, turned his back to the window and was on his phone. Saw another girl in the room on her phone also, another girl was mopping. Don't send out specials if you're not going to follow through...very annoyed.
Can I just say I absolutely love Krispy Kreme‘s donuts… Our kids got their grades in and they did good and we stop by and they gave free donuts to all of our kids and we’re super nice and friendly. I love coming here and getting donuts as well just on a regular basis but I do love the fact that they are so community driven. They also have a new donut that has their special filling inside and it is like the glazed but with that filling and it is absolutely awesome!
Love Krispy Kreme donuts! So light and fluffy. No matter which store you go to, the quality is consistent. The store was very clean and the employees helpful. You can even watch some of the donut production in the lobby. A fun idea.
When you order "Hot n Ready" as a special treat because the sign out front said they are hot n ready. You would think they would give you fug'n hot and ready. Nope not these inept workers. Find a better place and go to it. My 2 cents
Friendly service most of the time. Depends on who is working. But Thankfully ever time I went I had just a lovely happy person helping me decide which one of their perfections I should taste. And they recommend ? So good it is like they made it themselves.
I sure don't get the hype. Super small donuts and all you can taste is the sugar in them. It's like eating a guey dough and their filling tastes like cheap filling right out of the can straight from grocery outlet. Yuck! Try pastry perfection if you want a real donut

Our Cub Scout pack had to see how Robots and Automation help us in everyday life. The team showed us the process and talked us through it from the lobby side. It was a great activity and the Scouts learned a lot. We also had some delicious donuts to boot.Thanks Krispy Kreme Team,
